in this episode we are back at Timepiece360 where I will show you all the current pre-owned market prices here in Dubai with a bit of background information to the watches. We are going to check out Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and Omega watches. Let's see how the prices for those hot submariner, Daytona and GMT Master changed.

Yes Tudor black bay Pro is online available brand new for 3750 $ and he is asking 4000 $ for a two year old
The price for the starbucks is little overpriced with 18000. Real is maybe around 14000

Starbucks is $11,500 including tax if you buy retail. It’s probably worth around 15k
yeah either the price displayed in the video is a mistake or that dealer is taking the piss out of his customers. Prices on non hype brands are more reasonnable mostly because they didn't fluctuate as much during the hype of 2021-2022.
In my experience often not a good idea to buy Tudor , IWC, panerai , omega on secondary market ( new models ) they are often readily available in airport duty free shops for the same price as used watches sold in secondary market . That way you buy new from a retailer
Tudor, IWC and Panerai are all heavily discounted at grey dealers these days. Tudor in particular, makes no sense to buy from AD unless you want to build a “profile”
Omega and Tudor is best to buy from a gray market with 30 to 50% especially for Omega models at the airport you only get tax free price
omega are less expensive in the secondary market, they dont hold value

That jumped out as the best value depending on age and condition.
I was speechless, I walked into a Middle Eastern Rolex AD and they told me everything was for sale. I counted over 110 pieces. Including 4 platinum Day-Date models, 2 full yellow gold Yacht-Master II, full yellow gold GMT Master II on jubilee and more. Also, a Dubai AD just messaged me to say they have my registration piece of a full yellow gold Day-Date with champagne dial in for me - but unfortunately I’ve just left Dubai for some time so if you want it instead then let me know and I can tell them you will collect it instead

It might be that after a couple of Years , where Panerai Models loose Value , the Prices are raised up again . Specialy for older classic models .

I just do not get the Rolex Tudor and Omega, to me they are the same thing but different badge, like 90s GM cars...
Rolex and Tudor sure, cause they’re essentially the same company. Omega watches look nothing like Rolex. I used to be a collector, but I liquidated my collection to venture into real estate. In January, I acquired homes in Malibu for $34 million, and the returns on investment far exceed what I earned as a collector.

What jubiliee braclet on the tudor gmt is that? When I check the official tudor page I can't see this bracelet option for the gmt. Did this shop swap the standard braclet from the gmt with the new black bay braclet maybe?
I think this is an Uncle Straps jubilee for the BB GMT, had it on mine as well, super comfortable and good looking. The watch comes with the original bracelet as well.

Prices in Dubai will be way way way over the top ! It’s funny but after arriving in Dubai I found out that it was not at all interesting to buy any watches here. My question is simple: Why pay more in Dubai when I would pay much less in France ?

Try selling a worn submariner to a grey dealer and you have your answer…. Or just pretend to, the price they offer gives you an indication.
It depends, I do see some deals here like the Tudor Sub @2:22 and some are average prices. Unfortunately Omega's don't hold value even if they are great watches.
