My issue with PSA is it’s hard to justify the cost outside of heavy hitter cards. People always mention the premium you get when selling PSA (about 20% more and slightly faster sell through rate).. but think about it this way.. PSA is 15$ a card AND 99$ for the year. Cgc is 25$ for the year for just under 12$ a card to grade.
Well your 20% premium, is basically the difference in card grading price.. and that’s without accounting for the different bulk sizes to get certain prices, without the annual cost differences, etc.. and usually cgc is faster than PSA, so this is a little abnormal times atm..
I think if you have a number of couple hundred dollar cards, or that’s the type of card(s) you attempt to grade and flip.. the PSA route probably worth it.. otherwise I just feel like you can financially survive a bad cgc return easier than PSA if not at that level

Cgc you can pay more to get a lot cheaper grading too. It's just math whether or not the more expensive memberships make sense. I have all 3 companies slabs in my store always

My current rule of thumb for grading companies:
    1. Send modern Japanese, and modern bulk to CGC
    2. Send less than perfect cards which are not vintage to PSA
    3. Send vintage holos, and gem mint cards to BGS.

Any shortcuts to getting more followers on ebay.
Im currently listing some heat, im in no rush to sell but at the same time all proceeds are going to my first rental property. Proceeds from rental i plan to cycle back to pokemon and index funds.
Mostly topps but 24 year old cards with populations below 5 seems like a no brainer

No shortcuts in that. Just sell a bunch over time and do well. I'm sure there are probably scams and schemes to getting more followers like any other social platform but it's not the same as organic growth and would risk your account surely

@@KetchumAllCollectibles I've had ebay since 2012, I think I'm at 155 items sold as I prefer fb usually but seems like it's been nothing but resellers lately. So I'm implementing eBay more now I have a whole 12 followers 😂.

@@traestatome3363 we all start somewhere. Ebays fee is well worth it imo and I'd pay a lot more than 12% to avoid my average fb interaction 😆

Important thing! "I'M A FLIPPER" So you make money off the backs of all other people. No difference from step 1 though right? When you were rush grading Base Charmanders to sell 10s at 250$-300$+ because you knew people were Dumb in you words in 2020 for buying them that high. Lolol

Yes! Finally someone calls out Dan. No one is talking about how this man forced grown adults on an open marketplace to buy his cards.

Everyone makes money that comes from someone else aside from the fed who can just print it then the banks who can make their risk free margin loaning it out. I'm not sure what you're saying in this comment that I don't openly say in my videos. I mean every consumer product is "flipped" to the end consumer. Producers to distributors to retailers to consumers is the general trend here. I'm a retailer, said another way a "flipper" some people just get so emotional over the latter.
