One thing for halves: 2021 to present are not NIFC. 2021s were released into general circulation in large numbers, as were 2022, and 2023 had a resounding 30+ million minted from each Mint. Also do you look for DDO halves in the 70s, as well as No FGs on 72-D, 82-P, and 83-P?
Yes I need to update the silver stacking placemats to note that NIFCs do not go up to DATE anymore- I have been meaning to do that And no I have never bothered with looking for those in the past but I may start soon
Yes- unfortunately, I decided not to go through with them just because I couldn't justify the amount of time/effort it would take to create the kits and ship them out, which is expensive due to the weight. I'd rather just focus on making as much content as I can and putting out quality tools (like my coin mats) which can help collectors!
I have been going through years and years of loose change lately, and the amount of 1964 nickels I find is both fascinating and frustrating. They always look like they are going to be older.
Sorry for all the comments but I just remembered one other dollar error to look for. 2007-P George Washington "elongated third ray" on the Statue of Liberty on the reverse.
This is the first time I've seen you do all the boxes at once. I've done this before where I've done one roll of each and I would found epic things like the first time I did dollar coins back in 2023. Not my really my not my first time I found a 2019 American innovation dollar and then just this year I got an nifc Sacagawea dollar and a presidential dollar which was George h.w bush
2024 nickels are low mintage, as well as maybe dimes, but the rest aren't. I find 2024 pennies in DROVES every box, and absolute tons of 2024 quarters, especially Patsy Mink and Mary Walker. And the 2024 halves seem to still not be NIFC. I've only found one, but some people have been getting entire boxes of them.
I found two proofs from 1962 the other day. A pretty impaired nickel and a gorgeous penny. The nickel was tough to identify but the penny was OBVIOUS. Nicest old proof I think I've seen outside of a slab haha.
Speaking on quarters, do you look for some of the other modern errors, like the die chips on Homestead, Crossing the Delaware, Bessie Coleman, and Maria Tallchief, as well as the Homestead DDR? Also S-minted NIFCs? EDIT: Also the DDRs on the District of Columbia coin can be pretty valuable. Also keep your eye out for the 2023-P DDO half dollar. Presents strongly on IN in IN GOD WE TRUST. I've found 10, and traded two and sold a few for $15 to $25.
I am aware of the Homestead die chip, but for some reason I always forget to look for it. I really should keep an eye out though. And I definitely look for the "Crossing the Delaware" error but haven't had a ton of luck with it. If I can't see that one with the naked eye, then I don't bother with it. The others you mentioned on the Women's series quarters, I am not familiar with And that is good to know about the 2023s because I got a box of half dollars that has a ton of them in it and initially planned to just turn them back in! Thanks!
@@QuinsCoins I edited my comment. Do you look for the pretty valuable DDRs on the DC 2009 quarter as well? There are a ton of die chips in the American Women coins, but the most prominent are probably those two I mentioned. On Philly examples, you can find on the Bessie Coleman a pretty prominent die chip on the biplane, as well as an incuse error in I believe the designer initials on the reverse. On the Tallchief, look between the feathers in her cap for a die chip. The Coleman ones sell for $2 to $5 I believe, and the Tallchief ones are around a buck or two. In the last month I found a pretty decent Crossing the Delaware crown die chip, a large snow on the roof and leaky bucket for Homestead (though the roof coin is quite dirty sadly), and I found a large chip on the Bessie Coleman biplane.
Super hyped for the rest of the series!
I like hunting rolls from each denomination, stoked for the rest of this mini series

I've went through $2,640 in face quarters so far this year and have found one silver. Blows my mind I used to find 3-4 a roll back in the day.

Lets goo! Nice to see you do this awesome but expensive project! I can’t imagine how heavy those coins are lol. Keep up the good work
Thank you for the continued support as always!
By the way, do you have any updates on that coin roll hunters starting kit

@@QuinsCoins do you think your placemats will help beginner coin collectors

I have heard of that but haven’t been on the lookout for it myself. Is it a one in a million find or is there actually a shot at getting it?
hi
Keep up the great work! I hope you hit 1M subs soon!
@@jakefromstatefarm145 thank you so much!!

Great info and it definitely lines up with what I have been finding as well- thank you!!
