Rebuilding a 1980 XL80 right now. Your bike is slick and tight. Gotta love the original. Honda with the well earned reputation for quality.
Stay gold.
Gotta love the classic old school. Ride safe sir
I'm 62 and this was my first motorcycle, so many memories
Nice sir, this was my first bike also. 🏍 super fun for sure. You can find them for $1000
im 14 and just bought it
I had this same year XL100 when I was a youngster and it was a lazy dog. I also subsequently had 1981 XL185 which was huge upgrade in power and refinement. Then 1982 XL250 which at the time was a much more impressive dual sport with 6 speed and rear monoshock. Fun to see one in action to refresh the memory of past. However, compared to DR650 I recently sold there is no point in turning back. Crazy to believe the street bikes i ride today have more than 10X the power.
Great little bike for sure. Crazy to see how far technology has come. Ride safe.
I had the 79 model when new . My first bike. They are dogs but fun anyway and reliable. I got mine up to 57 mph once lol.
It was a really fun bike and cool to have a classic. I got so many compliments on it also. Ride safe
nice bike man.
Same as my grandpa 1978 XL 125 but unfortunately my uncle sold it when I was just 6 years old. If only i could go back time I will really keep it.
My ideal bike 🤩
It was a great little bike for sure sir. I picked it up for only $750 and didnt do any work to it. Rode it hard for a few months until it wouldn't start anymore then sold it for $1000. Keep your eyes open another one will hit the market. Have to look everyday and be the first in line cause they go quick. Ride safe
Nice bike. Remember those from years ago. Change oil often and keep basic maintenance ant it will run for many years.
Yes sir thank you. Fun little bike for sure
I think I just flashed back to the 80s when that little motor sparked up
Haha. I was always getting waved don and talked up. Bike is a classic beauty and beast.

@@jaysonsvisions5024 my cousin had its bigger brother a 1978 XL 125 he got it new that summer traded in a 1975 XL 100 for it it was a good bike too and also ran and rode like a dream with a custom seat that someone had reaplostered extra soft cushion and buttons in a criss-cross pattern.
It was a great bike to learn on for me in 2020. Glad my video brought back memories. Enjoy
Just got one of these
Fun little bike and gets alot of attention. Happy trails.
The worst thing you can do to the small bore forestroke like that after a long hard ride is shut it off right away. You wanna let them Idle for 3 or 4 minutes to cool down and then you shut them off.
Good to know.
@@jaysonsvisions5024 Why, I wonder?
I'm looking at purchases 2 of these and me and a coworker splitting them up to each have one haha.
Fun bikes
I had that exact bike
Super fun bike. It was great learning on it.
I have an 81 xr500.. pretty much the same scooter
Haha my pops has that same bike as you. Now that bike is a beast.
i had a '77 xl 75 , a '79 xl 100 (got stolen out of shed) and a '82 xl 125
Great bikes I love the classics. Too bad your bike got stolen. Ride safe.
Nice bike I have a 1977 XL100
How fast have you had it up to ?
It was a super fun bike while I had it. I think 50mph but I don't remember exactly. Ride safe
Could a 13 year old ride it?
As far as power itd be perfect. 45mph max and the seat height is really low. I loved the bike
Saan tayo bumili ng spare parts?
I'm guessing you're asking if I have any spare parts. No I do not I sold the bike years ago
Fuckin miiiiiint
Hell yeah man thing is a beauty beast. Classic shit right herr sir.
Top Speed pls
47mph
@@jaysonsvisions5024 i got to 50 on mine
Ride safe
What’s the price point on these?
Less then a $1000. Fun little bike
Why go camping without any privacy?
Do you consider being in a RV camping? We parked there for a 3month contract then left straight to the redwoods. We lived and traveled in the RV and we camp in a tent.
How loud are they
I usually only answer this many questions for my subscribers. Haha. Not loud at all, soft purr but sounds great. Girlfriend is a travel nurse so were always in RV parks and it was perfect for that.
@@jaysonsvisions5024haha thanks for the answers I’ll sub
Haha thanks sir. That bike was so badass. It was.my first bike and it was so fun. Great to learn on since it's so light and not to powerful. I rode the shit outta it and needed a upgrade so I sold it and used the money for my klx230. If I had a garage id still have it. I got so many complaints from it and offers on it. Sold within 48hrs.
I hate helmet cams all we see is the road
I love the POV view that's why I bought it plus it reminds me of what I was focusing on. I'm saving up for a 360 camera if you want to donate. I don't get paid for these videos I make them to help the public and for memories
