Season with: 2 to 3 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tbsp of sugar 1 tbsp of rice wine (optional) (Salt & pepper to taste, if necessary) 3. Add green peas. 4. Add 1 to 2 cups of water. Add more if you like it saucy. 5. Mix corn or potato starch with water. Add it in to thicken the gravy. 6. Sesame oil before serving. 7. Place cooked mince and peas on steamed rice. Microwave poached egg: 1. Add hot water in a bowl. 2. Crack open one egg into water. 3. Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds, depending on your oven. 4. Place the egg on minced beef.

how to make beef softer please?
Thanks, looks yum.. What can I substitute instead of rice wine as I don't get it in my country? Also can I add minced garlic for extra flavour?
You can use dry sherry instead. And yes minced garlic will taste great in this dish. 😁
