You cannot go wrong with either guppies or white clouds. Guppies are "happier." More cheerful. They are two of my favorite fish, and I have both. I also like red chili endlers? I am glad you love your bichirs...but I am having a hard time falling in love with them. lol. They are rather snake-like...?

Just a question regarding that steel stand, what is the thickness of those steel bars/pipes? I am planning to do similar steel rack with 30mmx30mm. Edit: found it, if anyone needs its 20x20mm.

I like what you did with the bichir tank. That sand or gravel is amazing. I wish I did not cost so much though. I would love to use it in my 40gal breeder turtle tank but i would need a lot of it and it would cost a lot at that price. I think you should put some white cloud minnows in the other tank. I have seen a white/albino variety of the white clouds that look pretty cool. Not sure if y’all have them there but that would be cool to put in with maybe some regular white clouds as well and see if they will breed and what kind of mixture you get with the two varieties. Also, if you can get your hands on them. Some I think they call them, Neon Green Rasboras are also a very beautiful fish. They have a greenish glow to them.
Do something unique for that tank guppies everyone else is already doing there are a lot of under rated livebearers like the half beak or. Least Kili fish or ballon mollies

No. Carbon won’t remove tannins. Use Purigen or BioChemZorb.
