It was touching to see what you did for your daughter Jess's b -day .It's memories like that we cherish the most. My mom did lots of things like that for me growing up.It's those things we will cherish forever.Btw,the cake turned out absolutely beautiful!! You made it from your heart and it was Perfect.That's what makes it better than store bought any day! .My mom did the same for me and I'm grown woman now,but I'll always be her baby, must be a Guyanese thing ;)
I've never made salara.However will try it soon, maybe half the measurement. In your coconut recipe you typed 2 tsp of sugar instead of cinnamon. If you can, kindly make the correction.
