Very nice review, liked your safety tips/explanation with the pedals. I have ridden regular motorcycles for many years no problem. I saw someone new to this with roller blades, so he was not using the pedals and avoided the wobble learning curve. I also like the charging details, etc.
Hey Steve, you’ve got to try a serious euc (electric uni cycle). I’m over 50 years old and it’s my only form of transport period It’s the freedom of no hands needed that makes it so unique and incredible. The euc becomes an extension of your body. By far the best purchase I’ve ever made. Hands down. That thing you tested looks dangerous, cumbersome and an embarrassment to the world of contemporary euc’s. A bad joke at best.
Lol it is different for sure! I started riding standing up without hands and so much easier to control. Very hard to control sitting. I plan on getting a veteran sherman or kingsong s20 as soon as I save the pennies. Check out my range test or update video to see me ride standing.
Thank you for the video really hard to find info on this electric rideable, really concise and helpful info keep up the good work steve. All the best from England:)
Read another review that said to change the tire to something more like a motorcycle tire. The flat square tire is what is causing the wobble in turns. A more rounded tire give gives a consistent contact with the road; also a slight deflation in the tire will help with road bumps. Looking forward to this tech improving all around; thank you for the awesome review. :)
Great product review! I watched the entire review and enjoyed it. Thanks! ....... However if you can ride standing up PLEASE buy an EUC. The EUC is actually easier to ride and is a lot more capable. The Super Ride S1000 is , .....Well? Sorry , ...... Ridiculous in comparison. The EUC community is growing with people ranging from 5-81 years of age. 47 is not too old to start. I think you would be glad that you did. ( While the one wheeled EUC can reach speeds of 52 MPH most people cruse at speeds between 12 mph and 30 mph. group rides average speeds around 15 mph)
I am a 49 year old woman who has been riding Kingsong 18XL and enjoy riding riding them greatly. I enjoy speeds up to 30 mph with ranges up to 40 miles. You may enjoy and EUC more than the review you just gave.
I realized soon enough the Super Ride is more of a toy and not a serious EUC. I am saving my pennies because I really want the Veteran Sherman! As far as an EUC being easier to ride I hope that is true because I should be a pro lol. I hope to join the big boys soon!
I completely agree When I bought my Super ride I just loved the look and never did proper research. I want the veteran Sherman but my number 2 is the Kingsong for sure. I want the veteran because I weigh around 215lbs an want the extra torque.

Nice video n cool ride. I’ve been commuting on my euc everywhere for the last couple years n I freakin love it. @@SteveWB Ouch, I will remember. :) I have read that the v5f send u flying up alittle if you take a to big stone or curb, so i will try to keep sure to scout for all those possible dangers. :) Thanks.
Btw. I am unsure what protection i need at only 16mph max.. I was decided to buy fullface downhill mtb helmet and wrist protector , but maybe i need more? I need my body to make money. xD
So dangerous for only going 15mph 😂
I made it to 20 lol. Once you get the hang of it , it's not too bad
Wait wait the math doesn't make sense . If youre riding 17 mph for over an hour, how do you travel 7 miles ?
17 mph was the fastest I traveled at any 1 time I think the average was around 7
Beeping is painful
In a later video I show you how to get rid of that beeping lol
this thing sucks
Too slow
Thank goodness it is very unstable not like the other unicycle. Fall off at 17mph and it isn't slow at all lol
