I have watched so many videos on the HS 600D and not one of them shows you really how to set one up I guess I'll have to do that when I get used to flying my new one step by step and go slow enough for people can understand and watch

There are a whole raft of these little brushless 1s drones out now in various configurations. On most of them you can just slide the camera units off, plug in another camera that uses the same frame and slide that on. For instance I have a GPS-equipped 1s brushless model with a tiny screen (no FPV!) that displays the height/distance/etc (somewhat roughly!) but the camera has no card slot. All recording must be done on the app-linked phone. So video is pretty choppy. However 2 other Old Farts here have 1 with no screen, no GPS and only App recording and 1 with no GPS but a camera with a card slot on board AND a quite nice FPV screen included inside the remote controller. All the cameras are 2-plug units (for camera and tilting) and are interchangeable. There are also iterations that use bigger 2s batteries but I'm not sure if the cameras are compatible with them. Any of them are a great way for a Noob to get some experience without having to smash up or lose a mega-dollar DJI drone. Once you can reliably drive 1 of these around, the quality of the more expensive stuff will also come as a nice surprise.

Hi! Do you know if I can use the noise reduction function while connected to my apple device? I had the light on in green (noise reduction on) but once I started recording it goes back to blue light (noise reduction off). Thanks!

just got mine today. i have to return it, i paid about $500 for it, and if i add another $500 to it, i can get one that will do what it says it can do. my issues from just first flight: 1 it would not hold attitude, it was bobbing up and down between 8 feet and 30 feet. i can live with 6 inch variations but the bobbing was rediculous 2 it would not hold its horizontal position, it was fighting me constantly, it was like it must always fly south, i simply wanted to hover in my back yard but it wanted to fly over my roof out of my sight 3 once i flew up to about 200ft, straight above me i started loosing the video feed and it was lagging like crazy when it would work. 3 the zoom on the camera is super slow to zoom in and out. 4 recording a video for some reason would only work for about 3 seconds at a time. 5 flying it for about 10 minutes in my back yard used about 40 to 50% of the battery 6 i know about the "smart" features and how they dont work, the follow me only moves the camera, it doesnt actually fly to follow you 7 top speed is about 30mph, this is too slow imo, should be 40mph imo two weeks ago got a dji mini 4k for less than half of what i paid for this bigger drone and it blows this holly stone out of the water. the dji has been able to be flown from inside my house about 2 miles away and back and have perfect video most of the time there are a few spots where the video signal drops a little , but picks up later, the holy stone cant handle getting out of my yard without video issues. i need to know if i fly a drone and point the camera at something that i can focus my attention anywhere and turn back to the drone and know its exactly where i left it, with this holystone it appears that anything can happen, plus the video stream sucks bad. also, the holt stone will not fly above 398ft, the dji mini 4k can and if you fly where its hilly this limitation will shaft you i was very optimistic that this drone might be one of those examples that you can get a medium sized drone for a great price and it would have dji like features, but it cant handle basic flight and video so it has to be sent back for a refund

Question i have is when you pay the 5 dollars to the FAA an get the numbers what happens if you get another drone over 250 grams do you pay another 5 dollars for a different number
