Mam, in my case processing completed status dikha raha hai AY 2023-24 ka, lekin ek demand outstanding hai 2017-18 ay ki jo ki maine agreed kar di hai and current AY me adjust karne ke liye keh dia hai, mujhe mail bhi aa gaya hai ke adjust karke refund process karenge and its been one month or so, refund nahi aaya hai and outstanding demand me payment pending karke abhi bhj fikha raha hai, isme mujhe kya karna chahiye ke merr refund jaldi process ho jaye, please respond kariyega

Mam during filing of ITR3 I forget to put bank for refund, do I need to file rectified return ? Because I have a refund of 10k but I am afraid that due to above refund might get stuck !!

Apko apne income tax website par login karna hai and apne naam par right side par click karna hai and profile par click karna hai, wahan par bank account par click karke apne Bank account ko select karna hai, eligible for refund karna hai and ensure karna hai ke aadhar, pan apke bank account se link ho, yeh sab agar ap kar doge to apko grievance file karni hai jaise video me bataya gaya hai, thanks

Sir reply rec'd from CPC.
Intimation under 143(1) rec'd on July 28 'The refund determined subject to adjustment of arrest demand d u/s 255 if any and compliance under u/d 241a if any. Nothing pending on work list. No outstanding demand. S/c validated. How long will it take to get refund.
Please check your mail regarding any notice issued or not. If nothing pending then plz send a grievance to department for refund credit.

Sir waise bahut hi rare cases me asa hota h ke sab kuch ok hone per bi delay hota hai. Aap department ko mail krke ya Twitter per complaint krke iska solve krva sakte ho.

Mam income minus ni ho sakti... But aap loss show kar sakte ho.... Jisse aap next 8 years tak carry forward kar sakte ho.... Or ye loss apki income se deduct hoga the net income calculate hogi.

Mam ITR submit ke bad kitne din main intimation ati h maine 14 july ko itr submit kiya tha abhi tak process ki intimation nahi ai
Sir processing time depends on ITR form and income source. Generally its takes 20-30 days time to process.

मेडेम में ने grevance सबमिट किया था और ITR की ओर से मैसेज भी आया लेकिन refund credit nahi hua एक सप्ताह से ज़्यादा दिन हुआ मेडेम place यह क्या पारपलीम है
Sir agar aap salaried class se ho to refund ane me thoda time lag sakta hi. Kuke department Salaried class ki ITR ko process karne ke liye detail me checking ho rahi h.....islye jayda time le rah hai refund ke liye

mam ye response mila Dear Taxpayer, It is seen from CPC portal that your return for the said AY has been processed determining a refund which is to be released by CPC shortly. The refund determined is subject to adjustment of arrear demand if any u/s 245(1) and necessary compliance u/s 245(2) by concerned JAO. After completion of the approvals/adjustment as per sec 245(1)&(2). The refund determined will be issued only to the prevalidated bank account registered in the e-filing portal. The taxpayer is requested to check for the prevalidation status of the bank account in the efiling portal->Login->Profile->My Bank Account, where in the status of the bank account is visible. If the bank account is not validated the same is required to be validated successfully and taxpayer is requested to nominate the account for refund. For any further assistance, kindly contact us on 1800 103 0025, 1800 419 0025, 8046122000 or 8061464700

For the last 4years refund not received. WHILE going through the reasons it is mentioned that name mismatch with the PAN. While going through the record every its found that every name is matching. Please advice how to resolve.
Sir, whatever problem you are facing related to refund, take a print out of it and go to your city tax department with all the original documents related to your name and tell them your problem there and also send mail to them.

मैं 29 अगस्त से आज तक पांच बार ग्रीवेंस डाल चुका हूं पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई! इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट के कस्टमर केयर पर भी सम्पर्क कर लिया वो बोलते हैं कि आपका आपकी तरफ से सब कुछ ठीक है हम ग्रीवेंस डाल रहे हैं पर कुछ नहीं हो रहा है!
मुझे असेसमेंट ईयर 2021-22 व 2022-23 के दोनो इंटीमेशन भी प्राप्त हो चुके पर दोनों ईयरों का रिफंड प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है!
