Current Gov is really shameless.. Almost two and half month has passed but still waiting for refund.. They never delayed while cutting the Tax amount monthly but always delayed to refund ITR.. Either Gov should be able to manage this process efficiently or else they shouldn't be ask for any TAX deduction.
Not shameless government, dumb and fool government.

After dispatched update from NSDL, it will take maximum 10 days to credit the amount in your account. This is what i got the information from sbi refund check toll number

ITR for AY 2021-22 filed on 24th September 2021 yet not processed even after receiving the intimation u/s 143(1) two months back determining the refund. Calling the helpline no., submitting grievances is of no use. If you could please collect some information on this issue.
for AY 21-22 may be you have any previous year Demand. just check the same.. else its too late for AY 21-22. consult with tax expert by share login details.

Submitted grievances as well. But blind idiots send me the same mail again and again. F00LS not looking at the time. Also they are using pro level hinglish in mail.
@raj kalathiya. Hey! I have received ITR refund for AY 2021-22 just last month after a year. I assume you already have received the Intimation letter. So, just keep submitting the grievances to both CPC and AO Departments mentioning the problem in detail, as there is no other way around.

Hi Dev, i got my ITR 143 intimation on 9th August 2022 for current year and my bank account is also validated, status of ITR is showing awaiting refund,still Money is not credited to my Bank account,i checked on NSDL portal as well says awaiting details from assessing officer i called SBI toll free they said they have not got any update yet it's over 20 15day now still no refund and ITR portal still says awaiting refund and nothing is pending from my side.

Intimation under 143(1) rec'd on July 28 'The refund determined subject to adjustment of arrest demand d u/s 255 if any and compliance under u/d 241a if any. Nothing pending on work list. No outstanding demand. S/c validated. How long will it take to get refund.

I filed original ITR on 20/7/22 in which refund claim Rs 3256 and on 22/7/22 I again filed revised ITR with total refund amount Rs 7384 but on 4/8/22 only Rs 3430 refund amount credited. And on 7/8/22 intimation order email came showing total refund Rs 7384 and Rs 3430 already issued and balance refundable Rs 4090 but till now no balance refund of Rs 4090 given by cpc
Its takes time as you filed the Revised ITR.
I am a salaried person in govt job , I don't have any claim to get the refund of ITR, and I did't file ITR till now because I am first time tax payer, My question is "Can I file ITR in New Regime this FY and File ITR in Old Regime next FY ?🙂(To save SOME MONEY).

Hello I need help that my fathers return processed by income tax with due refund. But bank account not validate yet. We have tried to add 2 bank account but one is showing validation in progress and other one is showing PAN Bank account IFSC linkage is failed. We have contacted with both bank and account has no any issue like this. please advice.

Hi Sir, i had a demand which was genuine which i paid by agreeing too it.. But in d next year i got a refund after adjusting the previous years demand which i had paid already… how to get d balance refund back? Kindly guide me on the same
this happen becoz you not take any action on outstanding demand notice as revert. you need to response on that. suggest consult with our tax expert on the same.
I also have similar issue...I had reverted to the demand notice by accepting it and also payment was done....again they have adjusted the amount
Received IT Refund but found one TDS not allowed. The IT Department commented it is due to mismatch with 26AS . But I found it is showing in 26AS .
When trying to submit the flaw of the IT Department as per their instruction it’s showing “ pending processing “ and saying unless processed it couldn’t be submitted.
My query is I received refund on 14/7/22 and how it remains unprocessed till date ? Will you please apprise Sir ?

Sir maine, e verify nahi kiya tha, uske baad mene revised file karke e verify Kiya, to khuch issue hoga kya, first wala e verify nhi hua he to karna padega kya, kyu ki already revised mene e verify Kiya he.
agar revised within the due date file kiya hai then no issues varna karwa do vrna intimation me penalty laga dega system

sir mera gross 10lakh hai par 26as main woh 13lakh dikha raha hai jiske wajah se mujhe dikkat ho raha hai notice b aya hua hai jisse main disagree kiya hun but hamara deductor 26as ko sahi nahi kar rahe hai toh mujhe kya karna chahiye sir please reply kya mujhe refund milega ya nahi
apko 26as and AIS se match krna hoga.. us me whi information dikayega jo apke deductor ne govt ko submit kiya hai.. apko ITR Revised krni chaiye.. humare tax consultantant ki help le sakte hai. link description box me hai

then just check may be you have demand in previous year so somtime they set off the same..
