In my case Refund is awaited and on checking status on NSDL I'm getting
No record found and two points
1) your assessing officer has not sent this refund to refund banker. Please contact your assessing officer.
2) if this refund has not been sent by assessing officer within last week, you may wait for a week and again check the status.

Account has been closed - Electronic credit rejected by the bank of the assessee as the account number provided to the ITD has been closed. Contact your assessing officer for change in account details and fresh release of refund

Wait किया रिफंड नही आया । इसी बीच 19 sep को पेंडिंग एक्शन complete किया । लेकिन आज तक रिफंड नही आया
When all bank account is linked with adhar and pan, as without adhar and pan no account gets open. IT department should make effort for easy refund process by giving responsibility to bank, every time common man has to suffer because of wrong system application.

ITR for AY 2021-22 filed on 24th September 2021 yet not processed even after receiving the intimation u/s 143(1) two months back verifying the refund. Calling the helpline no., submitting grievances is of no use. @CA Sandeep Kumar if you could please collect some data or do a case study on this issue.

It is not any technical issue. Your assessment officer has not forwarded the refund to your bank.we have to wait until he issues....

Income Tax department doesn’t have a right process in place, no one has any idea about timelines, you don’t get to know what you shall do in what scenario.
Received Intimation letter on Aug 5th 2022 but still refund not received. They mentioned in the Letter amount will be credited within 15 days.
Also 15 days above 20 days finish but not refund

Filed revised ITR on 9th Aug 2024,received mail "your return/order for AY 24-25 has been accounted/ processed u/s 143 1a and the refund has been issued on 13-08-2024 to your validated bank a/c"..I have received refund on 20.08.2024...but the status on e filing portal is that the itr is still under processing..No pending actions or outstanding demand ..no other communication received so far..What does this mean? Also the amount refund has been credited to my account...on 20.08,2024..Any further action needed from my end???Please answer..

Hi Sir, I received the intimation letter 143(1) on July 31st. Bank account is validated and no pending actions on worklist. Raised grievances in the income tax portal to CPC-ITR but twice got a response like it will be released and asked me to keep the account validated. I didn't receive the refund amount yet and in nsdl website it shows assessing officer has not sent the details to refund. Raised grievance again on the portal to AO. But no response. Could you please help on the next steps

15 दिन के बाद itr2 का स्टेटसव processed से under प्रोसेसिंग हो गया ।क्या ऐसा होता है पहले intimation 143(1) के तहत मेल आ चुकी है अब फिर under process है।

I received the intimation letter 143 on August 2nd. But the refund is not credited to the bank account and in NSDL portal it shows no records found and the assessing officer has not sent it to NSDL. I have verified my bank account and it is validated. How long I can wait and please suggest whom to contact for this issue.

Refund can be credited only up to due to name mismatch between Bank account and PAN. Please update the name in PAN or with bank. EVC can be enabled for this bank account.) What it's mean
Name in the PAN card and Bank account should be same. And after correcting the name. Kindly submit your PAN to the Bank to update. After the updating PAN. Kindly revalidate your bank account details in income tax portal. After completing all these steps. Raise a reissue for the refund. Your refund will be processed.

Chor income tax dept my father is 75years old.. We have long term capital loss in2012-13 and income tax dept wants us to pay tax of rs18000 on long term capital loss of around 85000

I have another scenario-
15.July I filed return with some amount of refund.
20. July i re-filed by doing some corrections under 139(5) with Zero refund.
Now on my main dashboard it shows tick mark till “under processing”.
If i go to pending action- nothing is showing.
If i go to filed returns- then 139(5) (revised) shows completed.
Question- why the main dashboard is not updated? (Why all green tickmarks are not there)

Sir, I have received my refund before receiving my 10E form from my employer. After receiving my refund I have received my 10E form from my employer as per which I am entitled for further refund. So, I have revised my return and 10E form. As per which I have also received intimation under section 143 and result is still awaited after 1 month.
