You have to submit response with all details like serial Number, BSR Code & date of deposit that you have already paid.

Sir mera 13 lak ka refund hai
Itr 3 file hua hai audit case tha 05 August ko file hua and 28 aug ko return process k liye gya & then fir 11 oct ko under processing he dikha rha hai, sir itna time q lg rha hai, maine pending action vi. Dekha sb clear hai wnha, maine cpc department ke member se. Bat ki hai vo log bolte hai wait kroye shortly intimation milega apko
Sir Wait kar lijiye ITR 3 aur audit cases mein processing time jada lagta hai. ITR aap ka defective nahi hona chahiye bas yadi defective nahi hai toh wait karo aa jaye ga.

सर मेरे द्वारा 5 मार्च 2023 को एडवांस में जमा करने केबदले सेल्फ ससेस्मेंट में जमा कर दिया थाजो ई पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में दिखा रहा है जबकि 22-23 का रिफंड मुझे मिल चुका था जिस कारण मेने ग्रीवेंस में रसीद जमा कर समायोजन के लिये लिखा था परंतु मेरे को डिमांड का नोटिस आ गया फिर मेने रेक्टिफेक्सन किया है अभी तक प्रोसेसिंग में ही है कैसे हल निकलेगा 22-23 की धनराशि 23-24 में समायोजित कैसे होगी जबकि आयकर अधिकारी को भी एफिडेविड लगा कर निवेदन किया गया था

Portal par login kar ke account ko re validate kariye phir refund re issue ka request raise karna

Outstanding demand pending hogi ya phir kuch deduction claim liye honge wah jada liye hoge actual deduction se
Confirm revise claim of refund ka notice tha to sambit kar diya hu sir kab tak aa ga paise sir 27 October ko sambit kiya th
Wait for 10-15 days you will get your Refund and after 6 month you may receive Notice us 133(6) so insure that whatever you have Claimed in deduction are correct or not.

Sir mere case mei refund awaited mei reh gaya hai. I have submitted my response on my outstanding demand by accepting my outstanding demand. 21 Days bhi Pass ho gaya hai Sir lekin Mera refund abhi tak adjust hoke nahin aa raha hai. Sir mei kya kar sakta hoon abhi. Aur kitna din wait karna padega. Aaj 24 days ho gaya hai Sir. Please aap mujhe thoda aapka valuable opinion dijiye.
Sir mera bhi lagbhag aap ke iss video mei jitna refund amount hai utna amount refund awaited mei phas gaya hai. Intimation order has been received by the CPC. But my refund has been on hold since then. I have submitted my response jo bhi mera demand notice mei previous year ka outstanding amount thaa. But still sir I am stuck here after 24days has been passed. Please bata dijiye mere pass kya option hai ab. Please Sir
