I started running when I was 33 yrs and used to run for 20 min. Now at 40 yrs, I can run for 20 km non-stop in a terrain which goes uphill at several points. All you need is to go out and the rest will happen itself. I run in winter (-10oC) and in summer. It will take time if you are a beginner but most important is to feel good whatever activity you do. Start with 5 min. Start with just getting out. It is so much fun and you will realize what you were missing. Stay healthy, fit and blessed. It's important for both grils, boys and everyone!! All the best.

I am 74 , lives in Canada. I walk one hour daily irrespective of the weather, I am in a much better shape if not the best. I second Iqrar"s statement to walk daily and you will feel the difference both physically and mentaly.
