Ceviche

Raw fish doesn't strike the fancy of all, but then again, all have not yet had raw fish marinated and "cooked" in the acidic wonders of lemon and lime. Throw in more fresh ingredients, like avocado, cucumber, and cilantro, and we've got ourselves a ballgame!
