I need to create a setup with two virtual mirrors in BeamNG. The first mirror will follow a secondary vehicle, keeping it in view. The second mirror will reflect the image from the first mirror. This second mirror will be positioned behind the in-game camera. The goal is to achieve split-screen gameplay with two vehicles without relying on the multiseat feature for simultaneous viewing. We will activate multiseat, but only to control the second vehicle, not to display both car views at once.
I like the new BX rework, but the default configs are very tepid us usual. I immediately fixed that by creating a rally config with 600hp, and a racer config with 1200hp Twin Turbo V8. BTW the new Inline 4 Turbo sounds great ! I only wish they made the V8 sounds more aggressive and raw, at current pace maybe in 10 years they will get around to it.
Sorry for the late reply, but I’d advise checking the *recommended* requirements on BeamNG’s steam page. The *minimum* requirements are outdated so I’d recommend slightly higher specs. At the moment the game is very CPU-intensive so definitely make sure the laptop has a good CPU as well at least 16GB (preferably 32 GB or more) of RAM. The GPU isn’t that important currently for running BeamNG.

Although the update was cool I was a bit disappointed with the bx remaster, they used so many aspects from skylines and it would have been awesome if like the Covet they had introduced a new drive train for the Diane as well as an inline 6. I worry that we may never get the chance to see a car like that now as the devs might not want to go back and make a skyline inspired car again
Seems they fixed Police Chase scenarios, because in 0.31 there were empty stretches with no traffic and no police, but now they spawn all the time, which makes Police Chase scenarios lot of fun again. Unfortunately they didn't fix the bug they introduced in 0.31 where car lights are shining through the bodywork, which ruins the entire lightning system.
I know it’s a controversial game and I agree that it shouldn’t have been called Most Wanted, but since it’s one of the first games I’ve played it’s insanely nostalgic to me.
In the bottom right corner of the map selector you should see an 'include auxiliary debug content' checkbox. Check that and some previously hidden maps should be displayed, including the showroom :)
That’s weird, the camera modes are “attached” to the refNodes. An update shouldn’t mess that up; could you elaborate on what exactly isn’t working properly?

Well you can’t just port a game from one engine to another. It would basically require starting from scratch and I don’t think that the advantages of UE5 outweigh the incredible amount of work that’d require. Torque3D is open source which allows them to modify every aspect of it. Not to mention that UE5 isn’t flawless either and it may or may not be *impossible* to reach the level of realism they’re aiming for. (Talking about the physics here) It would be a massive upgrade graphical-wise though obviously

Fans of the game and even the devs have been dismissing criticism of the tyre modelling for years. It has gotten a lot better in the last couple of years but drifting and opposite lock cornering is still ass even after the latest update.

NFS MW 2012 also had a crash camera and I myself played it more than Burnout Paradise.

They also fixed police traffic AI on modded maps, now one won't randomly glitch out and spam console errors.

I have a problem with beamng drive 0.32. The loading screen is stuck and i cant play the game.
It's a known issue that the loading screens don't show the progress, but do you actually not get into the maps at all?
It took like 10 mins for it to load

Are you using a steering wheel? Probably needs some FFB tweaks because drifting actually became good in recent years

im going off of what people have said (i don't have a wheel ) ive heard its the hardest to learn drifting and its really good
....the new nav arrows look kind of ugly, hope there's a way to change them
There's not, as far as I know. I preferred the old design at first too, but to be honest, once you get used to it, it doesn't look too bad :)
