Seeing as the boy isn’t a smoker this will be a problem for cops… unless they plant some, which isn’t far-fetched, considering they lied on camera about having legal rights to search the trash.

@P R This is the way its supposed to work. But as someone who has dealt with the legal system a lot in my life, it's a naive way of thinking. It's gonna be a rare occasion that a judge is going to throw out drug possession based on technicalities. I had my car searched with drugs in it when I was a kid, the judge ruled against me. My lawyer told me we could probably pursue it further and maybe get it overturned but that involves thousands upon thousands of dollars of legal costs and days off work for court hearings etc. The amount of people who are actually capable of appealing things like this are astronomical and the system knows that. This dudes fucked

No one standing next to it can be those colors. but the girl is annoyingly yelling and she knows her brother is busted and her brother should go to jail for it. And her brother is not the smartest person in the world. She is right they do not have the right to search the home without a warrant. but because he said okay then that is off the table. From Heavy Hispanic population, to White, Asian, and now in Charlotte NC, which is heavily Black (migration from Atlanta happening),
I can 110% attest to THIS specific demographic (especially those younger than 50)
being the most entitled due to the whole BLM movement.
The older generations are down to earth, hard working and polite.
The mix of Hood-Culture (music/TV/etc.) and the brainwashing of “You are ALL victims and oppressed” (even the ones with 6 figure jobs or famous???) leads to this.
Every single day I see similar displays such as this.
The states with lower population of Blacks wasn’t nearly as bad.
