Thanks for another great ambient music ! This may be the first time you read it, but I'd like to share my experience with you : I WO hard, very hard. And sometimes it's hard to recover. An expert in kinesioly (Dr Andy Galpin, check his 6 podcasts with Andrew Huberman) told that one simple way to boost recovery is to listen to CALM music right after your training, while you're doing down regulation breathing. I'm a true metalhead but there aren't many calm metal songs😉 Therefore, I put your vids after every stenuous sesh. My heart rate calms down immediately. Haven't seen results on my recovery YET, but I'm experiencing this technique since 2 wks only.

lmao I'm pretty sure the video description is also AI generated! at least the wordings and vocabulary feel very familiar to me, since I occasionally use ChatGPT for inspiration and after a while you start to pick up on the words it likes to use and how it words things, especially in a fantasy context 😂 I'm primarily here for a random bg to fall asleep to anyway, so I don't mind too much 😂

That's what I always look for now when I'm trying to confirm if something is AI. I was coming to the comments to see if anyone else noticed. I personally find it kind of disturbing, there's just something off-putting about it. It sucks because it looks great when you first look at it, but the more you look at it the more of an uneasy feeling it gives you.
An artist will think about the world they're creating and what kind of objects would make sense to include in that world. The objects an AI fill the world with are a bit creepy and dead in comparison, and the way it structures the world doesn't make sense if you look closely. It's kind of sad because I don't think this channel used to use AI images. Now so many ambience channels are
