I really like how NightFly reused the Erdrick's Restless Armor sprite from DQ11. When i first encountered it, i was blown away by the homage and it made a fight i only really remembered for its reward a lot more memorable.
i'll be honest. actually i was just re making dragon quest 1 as my first project of my game making on unity since 3years ago. and it's 3D and open world. i've made 3D boxel models and added side stories based on kenshin dragon quest. i've also made whole world map too. i wish to have better computer and buddy to make the game. i dreaming to work as square enix dragon quest team oneday…
I came to your channel for Salmon Run guides, but I stayed because, just like me, you are a huge RPG and Fantasy nerd. And seeing you enjoying this piece of the remake for the first Dairy Queen game, I can say that I can relate to that a lot. I am more of a Final Fantasy guy than a DQ guy, but it is those little moments that make the story for me. I for sure will try this fan remake.
