Man it's come a long way since you first got it, and im glad we were all able to watch as you built it up. I like that it's still short armed and stock(ish) wheelbase vs everyone else who thinks you have to long arm and stretch when you go bigger than 35's. Good work
Awesome build. In an earlier video, you mentioned you regretted not going with long arms. Guessing you don't feel that way anymore since you went back with shorts... What are your thoughts on long arms now?
Good lookin TJ as always! Been following your build for a couple years now. Super jealous of that khaki color. I'm building a silver 03 sport on 33s. Just finished the front springs and shocks for a 3" lift. I decided to go with BDS springs and rancho shocks simply for their price and quality. Next thing I have on my list is a correctlync drag link and tie rod. Hoping to have mine ready for some trails by the end of summer.
Swayloc ftw if you enjoy good handling on the road and the same performance as an antirock off road (I sold me AR from the full RJ kit to offset the cost of the SL). Let us know how long your ball joints last with 37s. Also, the 37s are eating your fenders because 4" is not enough. 4" of total lift is not wise for 35s either if you want performance offroad.
Beautiful TJ., great job on the build. One thing I see at 11:31 is it looks like your front driveshaft is hitting your oil pan skid plate. I just went through this on my JKU. I suggest notching out your skid to avoid this. Just had to repair my bent driveshaft due to this.
Nice build man. I think im local to you somewhat. I did a 4 inch teraflex springs, im kinda torn i have an 06 rubicon idk if i want to stay with short arm or long arm.
Long arms are overpriced trash that were pushed for way too many years by no-nothing and dishonest merchants who enjoyed taking the money from unsuspecting folks. The idea that long arms perform better or provide a better ride is laughable. The easy test for ride quality is to drive your short arm rig without shocks (you'll realize it's the shocks that cause the terrible ride on a TJ...not springs or the short arms). The RJ kit is a good one and the only kit I'd choose over it would be a Savvy SA Midarm for more vertical stuff and because it helps the front stay down better due to the kit's geometry.
I just bought a 2000 wrangler. How much would it cost me to do an entire engine rebuild and getting it running perfectly? Everything else is in great shape. No rust. 6” lift and suspension is good. 35” tires.
I see you deleted your seatbelts after installing the prp harness. I'm shocked since you still drive it on the street. Was told the harnesses are not legal on highway. I kept mine and have both due to it.
I wouldn't feel the need to go to 60's unless I were gonna put 40's or larger under it. Those fusion 44's are plenty for 37's, especially since it's a stock drivetrain
I also want to buy a stock TJ and build it.
I don't have as much knowledge as you do about Jeeps.
Its a beautiful build. 👌🏻
Best thing that time and money can build 👌🏻

nice build dude! Can tell you've put in the sweat and blood here in trial and error getting it to where it is
Great video and good job describing it all. This type of video is so helpful for people building
Thanks!
Real nice TJ. I'm in the process of re-doing my 02 TJ. Great video on yours.
Thanks!

What’s your opinion on venting the hood, I notice you haven’t done that? I appreciate your ride and videos
Amazing. Did you paint or powder coat your frame? It's in great shape!
Great looking build man. Love the height and stance!!!
Appreciate it!!
Nice build man...what would you say was ~ the total cost excluding the car?
What a build! Nice vision dude!!
Thanks!
That’s a great looking ride
Thanks!
How do you get them trail badges
Clean build! New Sub!
Thank you!
How do you like the harness bar where it is? Look like you are pretty tall.
Nice TJ.
Do you still wish you had gone with a long-arm setup after getting the RockJock?

Very nice 👍
Thanks!
Very nice
Are you running wheel spacers? It kind of looks like you are.
Yes I missed the adapters. 1.25” adapters to run the JK 5x5 pattern
@@_everydayoffroad_ok thanks for confirming

Missing the front passenger body mount
Lost it on trail 15 at Windrock
Oh my Gosh that thing is sweeet 👌😩
Thanks!!
How’s it at higher speeds?
Couldn’t say. Never get above 60 or so as the Jeep is 90% a trailer queen. Runs straight as an arrow and smooth up to 55-60 mph
Need to get some dirt on that bad boy! 😂
Most true statement I’ve heard all week 😆

My highway driving consists of going to the gas station 5 minutes down the road, and the local park with the family about 7 minutes down the road
@@_everydayoffroad_ doesnt matter. Safety first.
Really nice. Did you ever think of making it a lj using the motobuilt kit?
Only if I can talk Bobby into taking my Jeep and doing it for free, then I can advertise for them 😁
What size wheel spacers are you running?
1.25” adapters to run the 5x5 JK pattern wheels
Do u wanna sell that hyline rear tire bumper kit ?
@@_everydayoffroad_ I’m really look to buy that bumper tire set up from hyline name your price?
Is there a reason for running the directional tires mis matched?
These tires are not directional.
Does it stop ok, on those wheels.
No need to brake upgrades
Stops fine. All it needed was the rear disc conversion
🔥🔥🔥
I’d say you need 60 ax;es unless u are on pavement mostly
And you’d be incorrect

Looks like it’s sagging in the rear
Nope
That's probably just the allusion from having high lined front fenders and stock height rear flares
