I think it is amazing that your husband supports you in your role as mother and homeowner. So many men today expect the wife to be the parent, the home keeper AND work fulltime. You are so very fortunate and loved.

Glad to see you showing some independence. A woman must learn to deal with life situations. You never know when it will become necessary to do so. I think men appreciate this in a woman.
Titus was deployed to Afghanistan for a year. Violet was nine months and Vivian was 4, so I definitely know how to be independent. 😉❤️
I agree , but i get 100% what Sarah is saying about the feeling nervous about traveling and her husband planning stuff all the time. My husband is also always planning because i like familiar stuff & he can find places i would never think of trying. The traveling alone thing also i mean , there are things i handle for him that he can do but i can do better. Lol it doesn't look like Sarah is " learning to be independent" It looks like they are in a beautiful and very well working marriage and that is a beautiful & rare thing to see these days !! Im going on 30yrs with my husband btw. :)

What a dream trip! I can't even imagine seeing all those things & the food just amazing. In my whole lifetime. Thank God for Utube or I wouldn'teven see them through other ppls eyes. . Never even been on a plane & really don't desire to be. Barely been out of the state of Mo.

One thought.. since your able to take an extra suitcase .. next time consider purchasing an inexpensive suitcase from Goodwill… and pack some treasures. Could girls get an extra suitcase as well?

Here in Australia (opposite seasons to US) it’s still cool, so maybe we will be able to eat our traditional Christmas lunch on the back verandah and enjoy the beautiful garden and not have to be inside with the AC cranked up to as cold as it will go.

I was just wondering, from the hair and dresses that you and the girls wear, if you are Pentecostal? Knowledge of travel is very important for you and your sweet girls. My children traveled young, with me as the travel organizer. They have been to Italy several times. Our son earned a 6 month exchange student spot in college in Switzerland. His home university scholarship and the Swiss government paid for it. He traveled extensively in Europe during that time every Friday through Monday. It was an amazing, life changing opportunity.
