Thomas Magnum is a decorated former Navy SEAL who, upon returning home from Afghanistan, becomes a private investigator in Hawaii. I've liked Perdita ever since I first saw her on Midsomer Murders. She and her two siblings murdered half a dozen people. One of the best episodes of MM actually.

Haha I know the feeling. I watched that episode a few weeks back and I spent about 60% of it trying to place where I had seen her before (bearing in mind that MM is ollld). I always laughed at their bodycount compared to other theoretically more capable killers.

NBC did not handle this show properly. Magnum should have never been scheduled on Sunday nights after Dateline. I am hoping that the remaining season 5 episodes will renew NBC interest and that will reverse the decision to cancel Magnum. It is so much better than Fire Country which I have subtilled, Falcon Crest with Trees. The relationship between the cast comes through with every episode. It reminds me of the friendships between the cast of Star Trek the Next Generation. It is rare to find a good show like Magnum with a terrific cast. NBC made a big mistake. They should have at least waited to see how the remaining season 5 episodes did in the ratings before making that misguided decision.
