Nostalgia is great, but life was nothing like the Bradys in the 70s, lol. There was a senseless war going on, a corrupt president, and high gas prices. ...Oh, wait...
@@AndrewMacLaine absolutely true. But I was so young at the time I didn't realize the severity. I remember one morning my Mom crying when she made our lunches because a special broadcast on the radio the war was over.
FYI, I think the reason was because in the early 70s there was a meat shortage at one point, and the cost of meat was higher. A few other episodes, during the same season, comments are made about lack of meat, and the high cost.
The closeness of the brother sister combination of Marcia and Greg has the similarities of Ross and Monica of friends. Some brothers and sisters that close bond.
You wouldn’t know what it’s like to really dig someone. Alice: “Sure I would! I’ve been digging Sam so long, by the time he proposes I’ll be six feet under.”
Robert Reed was not your stereotypical effeminate homosexual man but at 2:17 to 2:20, he looks pretty Gay. He really was an excellent actor in this series especially with what little he had to work with.
In the Brady Brides, it was mentioned Alice and Sam got married in 1977. Then they broke up in 1981 (mainly to give Alice a reason to temporally move back into the Brady House for a Very Brady Christmas. But they got back together right away when he showed up in a Santa Suit.
Jan looks incredible here. She grew up very pretty.
Such a sweet wholesome time and show. I so wish life was like it was in the 70's.

@Andrew MacLaine Yep. Benghazi. Operation Fast & Furious. IRS corruption. Glad the dark days of Obama are over!
@@SamWesting Now, we have the dark days of the old and decrepit, Biden.
@@AndrewMacLaineit was escapism.
I like how Cindy's excited about the possiblity of getting their meats on wholesale..

Good ‘ol Selfish Sindy.
Good ‘ol Selfish Sindy.🤌🏻
I agree Alice never got a day off. I always would like 2 know when did she ever eat breakfast, lunch or dinner? I remember she ate popcorn one time
👍👍👍👍👍
The stuff poor Alice had to put up with! LOL
Why is Alice even working on Saturdays? Did she get any days off? High-maintenance Carol ddn't even work at all.
There are episodes with Florence cooking
Poor women took care of 8 people....an incredible amount of work along with taking care of the house!!
True... the Brady's fully took advantage of her good nature she hardly had any life outside the house...
Don't be so nosey Mrs. Brady 😂
See what happens when people mind other people's business?!! At least it was all done with love. ❤
Wish u could bring full episodes
Where did Alice and Sam go when it was time for Sam to deliver some salami to Alice?
The priest joking about the Boy Scouts…yikes
My sister use to wear her hair like Marcia's 👍😀
Alice finally gets Sam's meat

Yeah I had that thought. He just couldn't act over the topic of marriage or something. xD
Cindy Always Looks Nice in Red❤️💯
$3.50 holy shit
Yeah people dream that meat was only that much now 😂
Very True. Prime Rib to Filet Mignon at min wage prices per pound circa 1971/72. With all the Fat.
@@40Kens Minimum wage was $1.60/hr
now both alice and sam are in heaven and so is mr brady
videokid703 And now Mrs Brady
so is Mrs.brady
Why don't they just ask? For pete's sake!
That would have been a great reunion show. The Brady kids fight over their inheritance.
Saturday night off? You mean carol can't even clean her own house on the weekend?
Mike's off, too, on weekends. Maybe, just maybe, he and the six kids could chip in and help.
I like when things are on sale on sale
Marcia is so nosy!🤨
Marcia's probably a grandmother by now if not close to it
phillies4100 she is
Wish they had another season where Alice and Sam got married, as u know Alice said they got engaged at the end of this episode

The Brady Bunch is an American series.
I know it's a TV show, but I couldn't see Alice keeping getting married a secret.
Jan looks hot here!!!
ROFLMAO!!! LOL
Textdavid says the next world will get better and I think you should get the best 3
That pastor looks like a true child moe
and in the carnival episode, jan looks hot!
The Reverend was picking up a meat order! Jeez Louise!
Wow. Was Alice working 6 days a week. That seems so unfair.
Reverend needs to shave that goofy looking tuft of hair in the front.
I thought that Alice was a lesbian?
