Watched a few vids on this a few weeks back but had no success and ended up copying one kit piece at a time to a wav file and dumped them back into the daw. Took hours and sucked my enthusiasm for doing the mix. Just followed this video today and everything worked. Thank you so much!
Hi great tutorial thank you. I have a question. I'm absolutely numb to these things, my goal is to connect a piezo pedal (two max three pedals) to the computer and assign a channel to Mt drummer. How can I connect these pedals to the PC??? I don't have a line in (in that case I could have used right and left channel as pedal 1 and pedal 2.) thank you
Hi @rollercoach! Thanks for reaching out, the easiest way would be to use a Brain/module from an electronic drum kit, this converts the audio signal from the piezo's into a MIDI signal (essentially they become drum triggers). Another alternative would be to use an audio interface to get the audio into your DAW and then use a plugin like "Audio to MIDI Drum Trigger" which is a freebie in Reaper, and to then route the different inputs to each channel in MT drummer. Hope that makes sense, let me know how you get on :) Lewis
Hi , im already change those output on that drum but why my multitrack doesn't working? Im mean it cant make snare tom and overhead sound out , did i make a mistake? Hope you wanna help me
I loaded this drum plugin onto my device. ....also loaded BFD and Slate when this didn't work. All show up as downloads, but don't show up at all in Reaper. A couple of other instrument plugins I've tried as a beginner work. Any Ideas? I really want drums. Appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks for teaching me how to split the drum parts into different channels. It helped me a lot. Great video!
Really helpful. Thanks! 👍
