It’s not something that u ever get used to & if anything u learn to live with the suffering & limitations it places on ur life. It’s frustrating that it can dictate every part of ur existence! What a good husband that he does whatever he can to help ease ur pain❤! Thats an upside if it can be called that!

Tell u, I have spent more days this summer “Not having ANY pain”, than I can recall in the past 30 yrs of my life. There is something extraordinary about the saltwater & I think just taking all the gravity off our bodies when we free float in the pool! It has brought me a level of peace & happiness I haven’t felt for way to long. To recognize I’m not in any pain for days on end, is mind bending, allowing me to be happy & take advantage of my time doing things I would normally miss out on or pass up! Possibly something u could find near u & see if it gives u the same relief!! Also what a sweetheart to do that for him as a surprise knowing it would take u out, let’s be honest, u knew it was gonna be something u paid for l8er!! That’s true devotion to ur husband, I thought it was beautiful that u wanted to do that while he was away!
Thank you so much Allyson ❤️❤️🥰 I’ve had back issues since I was a teenager but nothing compared to what has been going on the last year and a half. This is a whole other level of pain that I hate. I thought the numbness and weakness in my hands was carpal tunnel about ten years ago when it started but we have figured out that it stems from knots under my shoulder blades. It sucks sometimes but it’s manageable and when he uses the muscle pounder thing it will go away. The lower back pain though I thought was my sciatic when it first started but I don’t think that’s what it is. Unfortunately nothing I do helps it. I’ll have to look around and see if we have anything like that where I live. That would be great to be able to move around NOT in pain. I feel like exercising would probably……maybe help but when just taking a shower is crazy painful it makes it really hard to even want to try.

I'm sorry to hear that your hands hurt and go numb. Maybe you have carpal tunnel syndrome, a wrist splint could help. I sleep with mine on because I bend my wrists when I'm sleeping (never find a comfortable way to put my arms). But the splint does help.

Thank you so much Carolyn ❤️❤️🥰 when it first started about 10 years ago that’s what I thought it was and the braces were helping somewhat but it progressively got worse. One day my hands had been numb like that for almost an hour and I couldn’t get the feeling back and my husband started rubbing my shoulders and hit a knot under my shoulder blade and the feeling instantly came back. According to dr me (🤣) I honestly think it’s a nerve or something that gets pinched from the tenseness in my neck and shoulders because when he is around he can work on it for me and it’ll go away for a little while. The lower back issues only god knows. However he did do this move on both of my hips last night and I haven’t been in pain at all today. This is the first time in years.
