An exquisite singing bird box automaton.
Movement and case in excellent condition with the mechanism operating perfectly. The exquisite bird is heard singing in full voice as it flaps its wings, wags its tail and turns from side to side while its beak opens and closes in perfect synchronization with its song. The highly detailed case features a opening drawer where the original bird shaped winding key can be stowed away whilst not in use.
The movement has been fully serviced.
