Master kim has passed away due a heart attack few years ago when go to the airport from Paris, he was joyful wholesome and aways drawing, he love his motorbike hate politics and aways watching everything very carefully, i never got a chance to get his autograph or meet him in real life but i feel like he was a teacher i never had in art school. Rip kim jungi
Man i followed his Videos since over 15 years (on and of)... Just now found out he died through your post.... 😢 R.I.P... trully a Master of his craft 🙏
I was fortunate to meet Master Gi at San Diego Comic Con years ago, through the introduction of my friend. I also purchased an art book from him, in which he drew a beautifully detailed remark into the books' frontispiece. It will never leave my possession.
One of the biggest questions I have always had while living in this plane of existence is why do we lose so many gifted, wonderful, humble people quicker than the scum, greedy, corrupted individuals who continue to poison our society and world instead of enlightening, inspiring and setting good examples like these lovely individuals did?
It is because those that take and seek their reward here, finds their reward here. And those that give and seek their reward later, receive their reward later
@@leif1075 He worked 12 hours a day on his work with great attention and dedication. Just reflect the time we can devote on our work then. I almost have no time practicing and that's the reason I'm still here.
I’ve been drawing over 20 years and I also draw without any draft or sketchy lines, I completely commit to the line and Love being in the Creative Flow State ❤
I'm not an artist but I've always been mesmerised by his incredible work. Whenever someone talks about mastery in this particular art form, or even sometimes how incredible human beings can be, his face pops to mind. My heart sank when I heard of his passing, as if I'd lost a close relative. Thank you for honouring him in this way, I plan to visit the museum.
First I've heard of him. I'm beyond impressed. I've spent countless hours thumbnailing ideas, sketching roughs, and refining an idea before the illustration. Yet I am humbled watching him do this without reference materials. Wow can't even scratch the surface of my blown mind right now.
Wow! It’s obvious that Kim had a “photographic” memory, but as a fellow artist, to be able to draw & compose such massive murals from that memory in such incredible detail, & perspective is a TOTALLY different, & amazing thing! He is one of the most incredible artists I’ve ever seen!
Thank you for allowing us to learn about the artist, see his works and become filled with awe and respect. We enjoyed immensely. We salute the artist and we salute you. Thank you.
o.M.G! To find out he has passed the very day I “found” this incredible man! I just came across this video whilst YouTubing, and my eyes lit up, to think that such an incredible talent existed and I’d never heard of him before today! And then, before the video had finished, that he was dead! Ohhhh, so sad! He was so busy drawing that he didn’t see the signs of a heart condition! I can’t find the words! He sounded like a lovely man to know, to watch and to respect! The world is a sadder place for his passing.😥❤️
I knew I clicked on your video for a reason. I bought this mans book nearly a decade ago. I thought his art was unlike anything I've seen before. RIP Kim Jung Gi.
Amazing human mind wired like no other. How are some people born this way? I don't know. But the world is a better place when this is demonstrated. As for talent...well, there is art. There is especially great art. And then there is whatever this man was. A level all to himself
I remember in Proko's interview he said "just buy one and make me rich" 😂 "I dont hide anything, there is nothing worth to hide" . meaning he is an honest person, and know how to express him self.... RIP Legend... ❤❤❤❤
5:58 This is the biggest lesson we can learn from this wonderul man and one which can be applied to bring perspective when comparing ourselves to others...
Anyone that can draw completely on their own sans photo references sculptures or for that matter any aid, all from memory. Is in my book the ultimate artist, period!
Amazing skills and memory! Can you imagine him drawing the rooms in your house, with all the detail and things you probably don't even notice? Rest in peace Kim Jung, your time here was too short.
Art becomes before the art classes. Art is a gift from God. Doodling is an unconscious creative action activity. Just a scratch on white paper leads to full page artistic abilities starting as young children’s minds to escape into their own creative world ❤
What a brilliant soul, sharing his gift. Gone too soon, but created a legacy to all who received his lectures and/or witness the pieces he brought to life.
I did not know that he had passed away! It's very sad to see such a VERY talented person pass away at such a young age! 😔 How he can just draw ANYTHING and make it into a story is AMAZING!
This video was extraordinary, to watch his work was amazing. Made me want to share with my young grandchildren. I still intend to share. I was so saddened to hear he passed away, suddenly. What a tragedy. So much he gave, in a short lifetime. I wish I found this sooner, and followed his journey. My condolences to his family, friends, and Art family. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks so much for putting this video together. I truly miss Kim so so much. I have been a follower of him since 2015 and finally had the chance to meet him when I bought my first art book of his at San Diego Comic con in 2016. I even had the chance to meet him a few times and got a picture with him after he signed one of my books of his which I always will cherish. He has since then isnpried me to keep on tackling art whenever I find the time to. Thanks Kim for sharing me the love of doing art yet again. You are so missed. If it weren't for meeting Kim in person I probably would've stopped doing art all together and gamedev learning. So Thanks Kim for brining the love of Art back into my life.
No art class over years of tuition can teach what this man had in his head, what he had was a gift.

Same, can’t believe he passed away 😢
They have resurrected him apparently. Wow AI really can do anything! This video is absolutely not exploiting anyone.
Why do ppl only want famlus ppls autographs? Why doesn't anyone ever ask me for my autograph?
Did he take the V and boosts?
Once in a while, we get to witness a prodigy.

Wow, his talent is insane. Absolutely incredible but so sad to hear he passed away. RIP, may his art live on.
I've never heard of him but after watching this, his death is heartbreaking.
Another amazing human is lost! But its ART is truly will live forever!
This left me speechless.
I just stumbled onto this video and was shocked to see the mastery of Kim Jug Gi particularly since I had never heard of him. Absolutely amazing.
I have never ever seen such exeptional skills in my life...I'm speechless ❤
me too
So was the people in Paris. He was a problem for them over there. No one in the past was better than him over there 🤔🍷🥃
Amazing talent...truly one of a kind.
My Uncle was a prominent cartoonist and caricaturist. He used to enthrall me in my childhood... he, in turn, would be enthralled by Kim Jung Gi.
I draw, BUT I have no words to describe this mans abilities. I would only say "the world has not seen such a talent nor will it ever again".
A true special artist ..may never see again.
There is so much to be uncovered about the abilities of the human mind. I keep at awe when I see demonstrations like this one.

His art should be way more expensive than Mona Lisa painting

I'm awe struck with his artistry, talent and output!!!
I'm in awe. His mind is amazing and art jaw dropping. How can an artist see the finished piece. Mind blown. Much respect ❤

I'm amazed by artists who seem not to have a need to sketch/preplan their work. In my experience it is a rare attribute.
너무 일찍 세상과 이별한 천재, 김정기 작가님을 다시 한 번 추모합니다
What an absolute, amazing gift!
Now that’s a god given gift
A genius who worked really hard to perfect his craft! Marvelous!
Bless him. More talent than any community of scientists.
you must be a flat earther or stupid, probably both

Dodnt he have lots of practice and study before then??
