MUST READ NEWS: As many of you know already, next monday im releasing my song with the LEAD VOICE of SYSTEM OF A DOWN, SERJ TANKIAN. Words cannot express how blessed i am not only for being able to work with such a genius but also for being able to share it with you, who made it possible. I do not take the opportunity you gave me for granted, you will LOVE the song. Thanks guys, SEE YOU JUNE 3RD!
Dude, that's insane. 3 years ago "nobody" really knew about him and now he's got a featuring with Serj and he play's the most complicated covers. What a beast
Especially considering how he quickly flips his drumstick around so that he can do it with the back of the stick! So smooth that you barely even notice him doing it.
I love playing techno songs that weren't written for human drummers. I know I can technically play everything you played here, but there's no way it would sound this flawless. And the speed? Forget it. Maybe 50%-75% tempo, but I know my limits. The list of top 10 drummers of all time needs a serious update after this. In my opinion, you're top 3 of best technical drummers of all time across the world. Your work speaks for itself. Incredible.
@@nekrasovalexander4198 for the technical top 3 drummers I'd have to go (in no decided order) Neil Peart and Mike Portnoy. Although I also believe Thomas Pridgen deserves one of the top 3 spots. So it's complicated. Side note, Yogev Gabay is no slouch either.
@@nekrasovalexander4198 I'm a drum instructor for School of Rock (like the movies), so I have to answer questions like that often. It's been years since I was able to play my drums because I live in an apartment building. You finally inspired me to get an electric kit with some headphones. Thank you. You are a true inspiration
Dude I'm in the same situation, I tried an electric kit, even went with an upper tier set in terms of money... but it still felt like a toy, it was weird.
Jesus effin Christ, Jorge...when I started watching your videos 4 years ago, I thought that there's no way to better than that Jorge. But your abilities grew so much more since then. Just incredible, man.
It's impressive how fast he is for everything, including the calm to do complicated stick tricks. In 2:26 he's with 3 sticks, because 3 seconds earlier, he bounces his right hand stick, when beating the snare, and, while the stick is flying, he transfers his left hand stick to his right hand and takes a stick that is being held by something in his waist, on his right side with his left hand. Look at it here: 2:23. And he does all of this in only 2 seconds, because in 2:25 his left hand is back to the hi-hat, and his right hand is holding 2 sticks.
One of very few people that are so charismatic, and a master of their craft to the point where people with no musical talent (me) can not get enough of your vids. Absolutely incredible
Can one be truly called an artist if they don't bleed for their craft? Brilliant piece! One of my favorite jams, that once again your beats elevated just right. Chef's kiss.
I simply cannot believe what my eyes just told me they were seeing…truly amazing and mind blowing…the different techniques, the speed, the groove, the pocket, the tom rolls, the “bell shuffle” or whatever you’d call it 😂…🤯🤯🤯. Incredible!
I’ve watched a bunch of drummers on various channels who are the cream of the crop but dude you’re another creature all together, your skills are other worldly, simply wonderful to watch and hear. Thank you.
Post-dubstep Dub fusion? Idk This music is very familiar for me tbh, even if played very fast. Dub != Dubstep yet dub is very prevalent in a very large amount of music from the past 60-ish years, at least. I kinda like dark rave dub style music. And that is like pre and post dubstep lol. Jamaican dance hall kinda sounds, if edm mode.

This is freakin insane! Speed, timing, coordination all spot on. The Badadan cover was amazing, this is even more mental! Looking forward to some The Cost / Serj action!
Speed & precision, that does describe him and I don't think he's been beaten at his speed and accuracy/precision. Atomic clocks set themselves to HIM. Don't forget what an incredible musician he is too. Also so creative to come up with the sounds he wants and the ways to achieve those sounds, like 16s on a ride cymbal, like a snare drum upside down to scrape the snare with the stick. How about a snare, on it's edge ON THE FLOOR hit with a kick drum pedal? Who thinks of this shit? He is so incredible, and maybe genius...
