A: Melissa is my first name and Joyce is my middle name - so yes!
Q: What qualifications do you have to review makeup and skincare?
A: Nothing formal but I've started to learn more about makeup and skincare over the last two years. I consider myself an amateur but an enthusiast and my reviews will help a non make-up artist see how a product might work for them.
Q: What is your real job?
A: I’ve been working in not-for-profit organizations for 15 years.
Q: What kind of skin concerns do you have?
A: My skin is combination where my T-zone gets oily. I have pores I would like to minimize and some skin redness. I’m also in my late 30s so wrinkles and anti-ageing is a concern. Oh and I do get break-outs from time to time. So I have a bit of everything!

Melissa, once again I have to say how much I appreciate your thorough reviews! I totally agree with you on "not getting swayed by the marketing" I have spent some hard earned money based "miracle reviews" and have seen basically no difference in what the claims promised! I've learned the hard way not to buy into those reviews. And although, regardless of the reviews, I would never spend $190 on an eye cream, I have spent more than I should have on skin care products that promised things that just didn't happen! LOL
Nothing works on dark circles.
It looks like the fine lines are less but I can see the additional texture on the treated eye. I also think your non-treated eye looks more lifted and youthful. I agree, it looks like it's making it worse.
I really loved this review. I have had three samples of this from Ipsy, and I'm always glad to get it. But my very favorite eye cream that I'm willing to spend a sizeable amount of money on is from Clark's Botanicals. Worth every penny, and it lasts a long time. I am 59, but everyone says ...and I mean everyone, even people who have no particular ability or reason to flatter me...says I look like him in my early-to-mid 40s. Part of that is good genes, but the other part of it is good skin care. I swear by Clark's.
I'm almost 50 and people (in person) often tell me I look like I'm in my 20's. I've even heard teens, which is absurd! Thing is... It's all genetics. It's got to be. I do take care of my skin, but not more than any other woman... And I drink a lot. I should look older. It's genetics.
I agree with the Placebo effect. I had received a sample of it and I tried it on both eyes, I didn't really use it consistently, maybe a few weeks and I didn't notice a difference. I really love your reviews, now I'm glad I quit using it. 💗 Xoxoxo

Harley Street is the street in London, England where Dr. Alexandrides' office is located. Many extremely high end clinics and surgeries are located there. Dr. Y. is a surgeon, not a Dermatologist. And yes, he was contacted by Roscosmos (Russian version of NASA) to work on something for astronauts after finding that our bodies ages faster in space than they do on the earth. I noticed a huge difference of my eye lid it didn’t hang at all after using this product it was an amazing difference I’m 56 tho. Although the texture you are talking about did happen to me as well but it happened when I stopped using it. I got almost a scaled look which made my eyes look worse than before I used this product. 😱It went away when I got more. So I felt forced to continue which I don’t like. I got mine in an ispy bag and didn’t know anything about it either so I wasn’t bias at all.

You are a beautiful woman, but your face isn't symmetrical making it difficult for outsiders to judge whether half of your face fared better.
I have several products from one eleven skin but only because I like expensive shit. I like the way the products make my skin feel.
Used it for a month and saw NO results and had I paid full price and not got it in Ipsy I would be PISSED

Holy smokes $190 ...I’m afraid to even use my sample now, what if it works miracles and beautifies my eyes! When products have outrageous price tags I have outrages expectations, which are normally never met! Your one eye testing method is really helpful, If I put this into practice maybe I’d be less likely to “think” I’m getting results ...sometime I just want something to work sooo bad...lol.....just not this $190 eye cream...

Maybe you have Eczema under your eyes..Ive been an Aesthetician for 23 yrs and 111 skin is one of the best eye gels out there.Maybe you should use it longer.
