Ok. I have to share this with you as it's so ironic! I live in Kansas and am a single mom with a 17 year old son. I JUST bought this exact freezer last week. I asked my son to help carry the freezer in to the house. Now, I know you all are new parents, but I know you were kids once, and as I get older and deal with a son who "knows it all" and always gets aggravated at just about anything I do, I've apologized to my parents for the times in my life that I was a smarty pants, and just a plain ol 💩 head, as I'm reaping what I sowed!! My son plugged it in and looked over at me as I was reading the instructions just like you did. He gave me that look and I knew what was coming next. "What the heck are you doing??" I told him I wanted to check that temp dial as I didn't want to assume it came with the dial in the right position..he shook his head and walked away saying, "it's a freaking freezer!! You're not trying to land on the moon!!" So when I watched your vlog, it made me laugh!! I want to say, "see dylan, I'm not the ONLY oddball out there!" Keep enjoying your life! We SO enjoy any content with you all in it!!

When we needed a Washer, we pretty much did the same thing. TIME is worth something and I dreaded going to Big Box to "shop" for a new machine. Shopped online. Carefully read reviews and got it "sight unseen". That was 4 years ago. GREAT DECISION on our part. Glad you are able to store your winter food source! :)

I love my freezer! Great for storing frozen meals too. I make double the batch of soup and stews to have on hand. With a kid you need it! I never run out of room, when there's a good meat or frozen vegetable sale I load up.

This was good to know. And good timing too. We want to start harvesting Boar, Deer & Wild Salmon & Tuna but don't have the freezer space. I already have a Food Saver vacuum machine (you're going to love how it keeps meat). I need to research, but, always assumed (you know what they say about assuming 😂) that freezers were big & expensive. You showed me otherwise. Thanks! 👍❤️

@@RyanandPam, it was a sale that was going on at our local walmart a few months ago (my hubby refreshed my memory). I'm really sorry about the mix up, I truly didn't mean to cause any problems. I'm mostly brainless most of the time anyways, my health condition is progressive and part of it causes memory loss. When I'm wrong about something, I own up to it and correct my mistakes. Again, I'm truly sorry about the confusion. I have nothing but love for you and Pam, plus your new bundle of joy.

That’s a nice little freezer. We keep our freezer at -10f. May I suggest if you ever upgrade the freezer get a upright model. It’s much easier to find items when their on shelfs. Was that your little boy? If yes, he’s got some nice hair! 😆 How are Pam and the little man doing? I’ve heard that women get a ‘push present’ now a days for giving birth. Pam’s been through heck (you too)and she deserves whatever she wants! If you told the little mans name I missed it. Is he a Ryan Jr? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all your family! 🎄🎁🌲🎅 Next Christmas your little man will be walking and getting into all the Christmas decorations!! Fun fun times. 🎅🤶🏻
