WHITE BASS Creek Fishing (Catch And Cook)

Spring white bass run 2022, the bite was on! Catch and Cook simple easy recipe.
I cook and eat the eggs too!
My first video, I'm still learning how to make videos and being on camera which I am not used to doing at all, this is quite the learning curve for me. LOL

Yup the mustard helps the coating stick better to the fish, you don’t taste the mustard too much after the fish is cooked.

The cornmeal mix comes seasoned. No extra salt or pepper needed.

Figured that by your name. Just making sure. Your White Bass look like a Cross between Our Southern Maryland Rockfish and a White Perch. I know that they are delicious. Is it a native species or a crossbreed?
