@@HondaBoy Bro im asking on wich spindle gear spindle was on.
M41 is a low gear with higher tourqe.
M42 is a high gear with lower tourqe but higher RPMs

@@bogdanzbigniew1798seems M42, we only use M41 on diameters above 200mm. FYI, its not really a gear. Just a different winding on the motor.

i mean when I drill with a 54mm insert drill at 600rpm with F:0.12 (metric) I get a spindle load of 25%… Z-axis at maybe 5%…
My machines are from the year 2008 😊
