Yup. We didn't get the sister's side. She's probably been told off, neglected, i sulted, punished, made to forgive, sacrifice, cancel hardwon plans, punished for wanting some freedom at any stage when trying to end or find outlet from parentification. So being mad at her parents eventually rubbed off on clueless little sister (who might or might not contributed to some injustices done in her name, like sister getting punished for her problems and deeds more) and potential sources of love, care and acceptance like ex-boyfriends and OP's husband

i might be wrong but when op was retelling her childhood and her sister's descent I couldn't help thinking how awful op and the parents was. like op kept saying that from the beginning her sister was her confidant and she always went her with her problems but not once did op mention ever going to talk to her sister when she noticed her behaviour changing. "I didn't go to her when I saw her cutting her thigh bc I knew she didn't want to talk about it"(or whatever she wrote) GIRL, NO YOU DON'T😭😭if you had ASKED why she was doing that then maybe shit could've been different. clearly the sister just wanted someone to talk to and op just turned a blind eye when she saw her sister hurting herself. that one instance could've changed things for the better. and age doesn't matter in this regard bc even little kids can be of help to their adult siblings mentally. and the parents suck on a whole other level. As soon as the sister started acting out, they go into punishing and lecturing her. Not one person stopped to think that something could be wrong other than her wanting to misbehave. not one adult sat her down to have a proper talk with her. just sad that the parents think working to put a roof over their head is enough to care for their kids. SHE LITERALLY WASN'T LIKE THAT BEFORE, CLEARLY SHE MIGHT BE HAVING SOME MENTAL ISSUES. GOD😭😭😭
Even though I knew it was a fake story, I started laughing like a maniac the moment she asked that AITA. I can't believe I am listening to shit like this.
I dont understand these stories. Its like "AITA for standing up to the people who have abused me all my life?". WHY would someone even ask that question?
"how could my sister that was neglected and made to be my caretaker not love me 🥺" I get that later she crossed the line, but they made her like this, they broke her
I feel bad for both OP and Nicole. Obviously OP didn't deserve all of the bad stuff that happened to her and she didn't deserve her sister lashing out at her. Nicole needs dire help but by the time the parents realized this, it was too late. Her resentment was deep and she couldn't see a way out other than to push away everyone, including the one she loved the most. She needs to be left alone for a good while so she can find herself and regain the control she lost from being forced to be the mom of her sister. I hope the both of them can reconnect in the future.
I can't help but feel for people who say things like, 'My husband cheated on me with my estranged sister for two years, and they even have a kid together. When I found out, I left and filed for divorce, and now my husband is mad at me. AITAH?
It's obvious that parasite held a DEEP grudge, anger and resentment towards op for her being parentified. But she was blaming the wrong person. Except in her mind everything is op's fault hence why she tried to murder op and took her husband. Probably still blames op for her ruined life and relationship with her parents.
for the first part of the video (where this keith guy wasnt in the picture and that attempted murder) i could see where nicole was coming from as an elder sis. usually the elder sister are given the role of second parent and unwillingly they have to take that role. in the beginning when they are young it feels good taking care of your youngers but as we grow up and the pressure on us begins to get heavier, the uncalled responsibilities increases, career, school college etc etc and then having younger sibling feel so much like a huge burden, that you wish they were never in the picture and hopefully you wud be less anxious/depressed. and so we unknowingly begin to do things that may harm their mental health. i assume this happens to most of the elder sis but the path Nicole chose was absolutely pathetic
OP must be pretty stupid. "Am I The Asshole for getting my sister, who has tried to literally kill me, kicked out for sleeping with my husband, who is a serial cheater?"
I really wish these stories wouldn’t have so much unnecessary backstory. A paragraph or two of lead up, then the meat of the story. I’m at 14 minutes of a 20 minute story and we STILL haven’t gotten to the crux of the story. Writers: Stop with the over blown backstory; we already clocked it as fake, might as well make the drama not boring.
Or Nichole was too good of a manipulator or those therapists were weak asf because to be fooled by someone like that just shows how bad they were at their jobs.
Keith's a narcissistic piece of trash. It's good OP decided not to give birth to Keith's child, and he even ended up kicking Nicole to the curb as he couldn't handle her own brand of crazy 🤣
I may get some hate for this but both daughters are victims Nicole was victim of neglect and drug abuse wow Opie was a victim of gaslighting and cheating in that kind of stuff so they were both victims in someway
I am willing to give the benefit of doubt over the validity of stories like these, cause unfortunately, I had the misfortune of seeing something similar happening before (mercifully, not my family, although every family has their own drama buried underneath). Since OP mentioned the sister being a few grades older of her, I have to imagine that despite her warm facade early on, she had a lot of resentment built up underneath. OP did mention that the sister may have been parentified (something which I cannot overlook even though OP's parents had her back), and the drug habit made that resentment surface and defined who she had become. It's sad, but it's true, narcotics can really make a person pull a 180, especially someone with a lot of negative emotions buried underneath. So while I can sympathize with the sister in some capacity, it does not mean I can condone or accept her actions, especially not after that attempted "un-aliving" of OP.

These stories always have me asking myself what the story is about again and again.
Your strength is admirable but no one should have to endure this kind of betrayal and loss Please take care of yourself during this difficult time
Wtf how is death for an unborn child a better option? This woman is evil.
I thought this is about husband cheating but 70% of this video is about nicole
I dont understand these stories. Its like "AITA for standing up to the people who have abused me all my life?". WHY would someone even ask that question?
I just hit the halfway mark and it's still backstory. Mate, I came for the current issue
AITAH?
Yeah, the sister is gonna blame you. God forbid, she be a good big sister while your parents are working hard to make sure you have everything.
Yeah op brought it upon herself with her husband
Girl he cheated 2 times omg
It's obvious that parasite held a DEEP grudge, anger and resentment towards op for her being parentified. But she was blaming the wrong person. Except in her mind everything is op's fault hence why she tried to murder op and took her husband. Probably still blames op for her ruined life and relationship with her parents.
That sister sounds like a nightmare 😭🤚😭🤚
for the first part of the video (where this keith guy wasnt in the picture and that attempted murder) i could see where nicole was coming from as an elder sis. usually the elder sister are given the role of second parent and unwillingly they have to take that role. in the beginning when they are young it feels good taking care of your youngers but as we grow up and the pressure on us begins to get heavier, the uncalled responsibilities increases, career, school college etc etc and then having younger sibling feel so much like a huge burden, that you wish they were never in the picture and hopefully you wud be less anxious/depressed. and so we unknowingly begin to do things that may harm their mental health. i assume this happens to most of the elder sis but the path Nicole chose was absolutely pathetic
Story 1: You should have left him the first time you caught him cheating!
Before the cheating and stuff. The parents were TA
OP should have divorced him since the first time she caught him cheating. What a red flag and toxic relationship OP had to endure
This is worst one I've heard so far from this channel. Stop with the exaggerated use of adjectives. It ruins the story.
96% backstory about sister 4% actually title story
sad ending
OP must be pretty stupid. "Am I The Asshole for getting my sister, who has tried to literally kill me, kicked out for sleeping with my husband, who is a serial cheater?"
Idc how much I’m in love you not gonna constantly cheat on me and imma stay OP deserve what she got
Me and my bestie are literally are 11 and are obsessed with these
I really wish these stories wouldn’t have so much unnecessary backstory. A paragraph or two of lead up, then the meat of the story. I’m at 14 minutes of a 20 minute story and we STILL haven’t gotten to the crux of the story. Writers: Stop with the over blown backstory; we already clocked it as fake, might as well make the drama not boring.
Thank you
She is gonna be one sad old lonely cat lady😂
Or Nichole was too good of a manipulator or those therapists were weak asf because to be fooled by someone like that just shows how bad they were at their jobs.
OP needed to learn when to accept burnt bridges.
Avoid talking to people like this like the plague.
I love how the title has LITERALLY NOTHING to do with the story
Keith's a narcissistic piece of trash. It's good OP decided not to give birth to Keith's child, and he even ended up kicking Nicole to the curb as he couldn't handle her own brand of crazy 🤣
UNDER 1 HOUR GANGGGGGGGGGHH❤❤❤❤
How you gonna be mad when YOU cheated
@9:00 is where any real substance to the story starts.
I hope this is not real
"Trembling with emotion" ai can't make up new line huh
if back story is more then half of the post then its too much back story
I may get some hate for this but both daughters are victims Nicole was victim of neglect and drug abuse wow Opie was a victim of gaslighting and cheating in that kind of stuff so they were both victims in someway
70% of the story has nothing to do with the title.
So a child has to die because of two petty people can't get along.
What a doormat
Telltales is full of doormats.
Yet OP is expectationally doormat, even among them.
Better for the baby??? You killed them???
Wtf is this. I couldn't even understand the story because Im busy cringing at the writing
Bro Please from now on Also put link of the post in the Description
So we read it and get update of the current time we have visited it
like i have seen a video of this title - Cousin falsely accused me of SA. Now my family is contacting me after almost 10 years.
and i wanted colosre with any update on post
It's not your fault it's your husband's fault because he cheated on her with her sister and he gaslights her and he lied and her sister put her in the hospital and her sister ruined her life and that's not right and he should pay for his actions and go to hell for what they have done to her and if you guys can't see that then you guys are delusional and they don't deserve anything for he the one that started it and her sister was going along with it and she blamed her for everything and you don't have to apologize for anything it's their fault not yours.
This level of word salad is shocking. The AI is STRONK with this one. Jesus christ, ghe writing style couldnt be any more generic and overblown if it tried
1st 4 min the sister is hero. Also reek of AI.
6 min still AI.
Thr parentz didnt go a good job
FAKE. Too much detail and flowery words. Poor but has epi pen and still dare to call 911 for medical emergency aka calling ambulance. Writer only watched TV and movies, didn't actually lived in us in poverty.
You’re moving too fast. Slow down, I’m getting nauseous.
Early gang
First
and i think im second
but second is cool i like second
also congratulations
A baby was killed because a woman was stupid enough to forgive her husband's 2 betrayals
Imagine killing your own child that you struggled to conceive in the first place just because your husband turned out to be a POS. You could've at least given it up for adoption. Absolutely disgusting
The father would have to give up his rights and it didn't sound like he was going to meaning that they would still be tied together. If you can cut ties completely then you can have a good life without baby daddy issues.
Her body her choice if she wants to abort that's her business
@b1gbreezzzy718 absolutely selfish and vile sentiment
Op. What is wrong with you to still want ur sister in ur life or invite her to ur wedding after she tried to kill you on purpose? That was the worse thing you ever did. You're parents should have kicked ur sister out the house after that. You should have divorce him the first time he cheated on you, your dumb to stay with him after he cheated the second time. Should have sues ur sister n ur husband for the affair.
