This part was brilliant because up until this point, Cloud City was thought of as a haven of calm and serenity. The droid swearing at an innocuous Threepio gave a portent that not everything was as seems and something slightly sinister lurked beneath the glossy white facade of the city.

I never saw this scene in the movie. The only time I seen Echuta was when the imperial ship was chasing the rebel ship and Echuta was walking through the corridors with c3po.
