Thank you for the video - followed every detail but when I had my break lever installed it did not push the spring/break sensor in enough to turn off the break light? I reinstalled the OEM lever just to make sure I didn’t install the shorty incorrectly the OEM had no issues.. anyone else having this problem?
LUCKY SPEED 15-UP SOFTAIL SMOOTH SHORTY LEVERS. I messaged lucky speed directly but no response. Shame, I really do like the look and feel of these levers.
@@stevesbeardedtherapy7010 Man that really stinks. I'm surprised they pre-sold them if there are materials issues. Let me know how it ends up. Speed Kings has some decent shorty levers as well. I also have a set of those that I'll be installing soon. But I still do want a set of the trigger levers from LSS.
@@RonsWorkshop I really want the levers so I will probably give them one more week. which is way too long to wait lol. Then I will check out speed kings thanks. Yea when I ordered the guy told me about 2 weeks they would ship with a tracking number. Still waiting to be shipped it's frustrating.
Hey MrHornm12 - Doesn’t seem like it to me. Very smooth, and I use the inner parts of the levers anyway, even with stock. I often pull the clutch with 2 fingers, and no problems there either. Let me know what you think.
Grease the pivot pins that hold the levers into the perches. In my case the turn signals are attached to the mirror posts so I had to remove both - i don’t have the OEM signals.
Did u have any issues getting the pin back in...the bushing for the clutch side kind of twisted... Installed that side. They look sweet... The red clip came out of the clutch spring housing, got it back in....seems fine... Hope so... In MN so be a few weeks before I can ride....so far so good. 1 more to go... Thanks for this video
Great! I swapped the bushing out of my old lever - I couldn’t tell if the one that came with it was a real bushing or a temporary one so I swapped it out. The red clip on the adjuster comes out, so that’s no problem. Stay warm! Send me a pic if you use Instagram @RonsWorkshop

Which levers did you install? I didn’t have any issues at all with the LSS levers.

How long did it take for them to ship out? Tomorrow will be 5 weeks and still waiting to get shipped out I'm really close to canceling my order.
Wow that’s a long delay. Mine were in stock when I ordered them and they shipped out right away. Have they given you any updates at all?
no every time I check with them I keep getting run around saying theirs a delay in the material.

Installing now. What did you grease, couldnt see. Also, did you have to take off the clutch side signal and mirror? I didn't

What type of circlip pliers are those. Bought a pair and the tips are to big
