hi, i don't know if you do build requests. But can you do a video with a keychron k2 or k4 or k6 or k8?

Absolutely will do. I do prefer the q series, but I will do that for you. Pinning your post until it's ordered! It might be a couple weeks before I can get it ordered, but as soon as it gets here, I'll make a video. Thanks for commenting!

@@ireakhavok Wow! thanks so much for replying. It's completely fine if it takes w while. I've always wanted to mod a keyboard but i cannot because of my current keyboard ( apex pro tkl). I like your style of making videos and it would be awesome if you could do a mods video like you do with other keyboards on your channel :). Once again, thanks so much!

@@Iinustechtips My Pleasure! I do have to say that the apex pro TKL is a fantastic keyboard. Maybe I can coach you on how to mod that. They use the Hall efect, so they are really smooth to start out with. you could always top lube them, like I do in my Dierya video or my Corsair K63 video. Not needed though! The minimum things I would do is just lube the stabilizers and maybe put some foam into the bottom of the case. Cheers, man! I do have a shorts video that showcases a little bit about modding, but maybe I should do a longer one?

@@ireakhavok Yes please if you could make a longer guide that would be awesome. I tried to lube my stabilizers on my apex pro using dieeletric grease, but I think i overlubed them, and they got pretty mushy and took a bit to come back up after every key press.

Hey dude, I just happened to come across your video and I wanted to ask whether you still consider this a good tkl keyboard or is there better options a year later?
Also I found your video making quality quite nice. The relax calm content is enjoyable!

If you can't find a specific color that matches what you want, you could also look at the kbdfans kbd8x mk3, but you lose out on RGB. I feel that this board, the nk87, is of slightly higher features, while the kbdfans is more for an enthusiast trying to get a specific aesthetic.
There's availability yo coming out soon on the KBD fans as well.
Kbdfans, first them an update to uhk, then the alien green nk87.

@@ireakhavok yeah I will just get this board then. It will be my first ever mechanical keyboard and it perfectly fits my needs. Thanks for the response!

@@ireakhavok I have an odd request. On your next building video would you perhaps be able to slow down the process when you lube the stabilizers? Since I have no experience building keyboards your guide is all I will have. You don’t have to slow the Timelapse down a lot it would be nice if it’s just enough to easily watch in 0.5 playback speed.

gaaahhh dam, dont ya think that you're sitting too close for a monitor size that big?!
    Great board.

This is actually a great question. If I could move it back a little bit further I would but there is another stand that is clamped onto the desk that hold up the other two monitors.
That being said, I have no problem with it. I just sit back in my chair. There are two other monitors up above the ultra wide. When I sit back, I can see the monitors up above, the curvature feels right and my chair is pulled right up to the desk. Sitting back causes me to have better posture anyway. the curvature of the screen also feels better when you sit against the back of the chair instead of lean forward.
Thanks for commenting! I am very happy with this board!
