Soft Strings are spot on my Rev 2 like your Trigon 6 - Rev 4 not cutting it though.
Sounds more like a Prophet 5 than my Rev 4, weird.
Impossible. Yours may be broken.
Just sounds like every other artificially limited modulation Sequential VCO polysynth but hey, schmucks keep lapping this configuration up. Is there a genuine reason a synth with VCOs cannot have more extensive modulation? No, but…. no. They just won’t give you what you really want.

"This configuration"? Hey everybody, guess who didn't actually look at this synth and just assumed it had the same features as the other 6-series? The Trigon has a third oscillator/second LFO, more destinations for polymod, more destinations for the LFO, more destinations for aftertouch, and the ability to mix multiple waveforms from the same oscillator, including forward and reverse saw. Go ahead and buy whatever synth makes you happy, but what is the point in making a comment if you're not even going to bother finding information that would take about 10 seconds if you actually looked at the front panel.
