Yo I was wondering if you could do the rise and fall of Jamaal adams
Let's see... We cut a corner that's been injured for three years, a center who already got replaced, and two safeties over thirty (and we signed one replacement already) we also restructured the highest cap drain on the roster to a very reasonable contract. Oh yeah, and we have 11 picks on top of more restructures that will put us in a positive cap situation. Usually you're on the mark Mike. This is Dallas cowboys sized miss.
Bro why you gotta bring my cowboys into this 😭
They have 11 picks, but they need money to actually SIGN the guys they draft…
❤
No one cares about The Bills
@@Mikerophone because everything is bigger in Texas 😂
Bruh I remember when the cowboys where gonna get von…so happy we didn’t he’s good but was already old then….
Von likely would have done better with the cowboys because Texas is warmer and likely would have more money(not state tax) so he’d have more money to rehabilitate his Achilles so he could be a better pass rusher than reply on just run stoppin, can make tackles but can’t driver off for sack generating.
No one in recent history has had better timing when it comes to playing well during a contract year than Von Miller.
To bad he can't do it other years
Ok
Mitch Morse: 1 concussion away from being outta the NFL
Tre White: Played 10 games in the last 2 years
Jordan Poyer: Honestly shocked he got cut woulda liked to keep him
Nyheim Himes: Jet ski accident before the season started and was out all year
Deonte Harty: He’s only been good 1 game and that was the last week of the season when he had that punt return
So to conclude my takes buffalo can win without all of them they’ve proven it
The team is getting younger not falling apart. Emotionally it’s sad to see the players we love leave. But logically, BillsMafia was not surprised that serious moves needed to be made.
tell em how it is bro. 17 is all we need. Go Bills!
@@Account-qn9ek go Bills!
cope
@@jtwestful I’m great. Thanks.
As long as Josh Allen is the QB in Buffalo, they will compete for championships every year. The defense has been atrocious when it mattered most the past 3 post seasons. 34 ppg against as a defense during JA playoff tenure. granted Tre was McDermotts first draft pick and Poyer was his top FA signing along with Hyde, so it sucks to see as fans of those guys but it makes sense. The Rasual Douglas trade allowed for a lot of this to be possible. the sky is not falling in Buffalo
As a bills fan this is rough to watch. I feel like the bills need to tighten up their defense not tear it down!!!
It feels rough but remember we got Benford, Jones, Milano and possibly a healthier Elam.
How do you tighten up 40 mil in the hole? Cut a few of the high contracts to give space for the cap and for younger players to come in and hopefully strive, or cut a lot of the depth and end up with aging high contracts who can't get any help.
This is necessary
It’s a smart move. Temporary insecurity but the future is younger and healthier players to keep up with Mahomes and Burrow.
Say what you will about McDermott but the man would turn a fat camp into a top 5 defense.
I see nothing but good moves by the Bills with these cuts. Not many people around here in Buffalo will think any of those cuts besides Morse were a bad move. Maybe Poyer. But we also have a bunch of picks in the draft. No worries yet.
Poyer was a step late all most the year. His injuries took a toll on him and it’s time to move on.
Yeah, cutting more was a little much, but your right about the draft picks, considering they got 12 of them
You can't keep guys forever just because they have a name!!
I think Morse was surprising the most to me.
I'll always love Poyer, but it's time for him and his walker to retire.
Spent all that money to compete against the chiefs, what that get them!? Now we will see how they can compete through the draft!
The Bills Defense and Special teams couldn't play any worse in playoffs and still had a chance, not worried!
Barely even made the playoffs
There is no way that Bills fan can think Brandon Beane is a good GM after he gave a 33 year old Von Miller a six year, 120 million dollar contract. Did he think Von would still be elite at 40 as an edge rusher?
The cuts were good its what happens in the nfl
The Von Miller contract was nothing about bringing a title to Buffalo, it was about Von getting his bag before he retires after this contract is done. He's got two rings already, he don't care no more and straight fleeced TF out of Buffalo and burnt the joint down in the process. I get getting your retirement bag, but dang don't do it to Lombardiless Buffalo, they've been through enough......

Highway robbery
I don’t know what management was thinking giving him a long term contract at his age. I have check if he’s playing every Sunday, no sacks in 2023.
This might be controversial. But if mahomes didnt exist, the bills might have won a superbowl by now.
And, jim Kelly's teams 😳
Yes is brady didnt exist, lots of teams would win superbowls by now 🤷🏻♂️
Joe Burrow also exists
Lmao. That's like saying if football didn't exist, the bills wouldn't be news. Thing is, it DOES!! GET OVER IT.
Or Joe burrow
The second sportscaster that was talking in the beginning is my cousin Thad Brown, Rochester Ny
That Buffalo GM was talking about the Rams last year, and yet we won a SB and are back to competing for another SB.

That's what they get😂
Why did it take 7 minutes to get to the start of the content?
the bills moves arent bad
That sucks. Buffalo knows what they’re doing though. They will come out strong.
I thought it was reported the Miller agreed to restructure his contract🤔
That’s for the content mike I watch your content as soon as you upload it from this one and your basketball channel my brother is the one who got me watching you
As a Bills fan I hated the Von Miller acquisition when it first happened. I can't put into words how angry and frustrated I am now after some of these cuts.
Been waiting everyday for your uploads since 2021❤
Make a video on the Seahawks???
Bro said the best free agencies since 2022 like that was ages ago is crazy 😂
Am i the only one who says, BREAK! 😂😂
Absolutely every time 😂
Hahahaaaaaa same, every time 😆. GO STEELERS
This isn't really "falling apart," though...
They're trying to get younger, cut people who are old and expensive, and restructured to fix their cap. White suffered back to back major injuries, Morse & Poyer are not what they once were, and this is the last year of Von's contract before the Bills can actually offload him too.
Almost no serious Bills fan is surprised by any of these moves. If you look at threads discussing cap issues throughout the year, nearly all of them had these guys as the first to go.
I think they're in a much better position moving forward.
Bills needed to get younger and clear up cap space this was good for them
💯 solid report that why I listen to you every day keep up the great work
A corner who came back from an ACL injury to get a torn Achilles or vice versa
A back up DB
An aging Safety
A RB who didn't play a snap
A punt returner
A center who is really the head scratcher but understandable with being over the cap
Diggs cook Kincaid Knox and of course Josh Allen is more than enough to be competitive 🤷
I mean 40 million in the hole isn't gonna just go away unless you make moves like this. I'm not a bills fan but this needed to be done and a lot of players they're getting rid of are a luxury not a need. If Bills want to compete they have to make hard and ugly decisions not just pretty ones.

Mike....your off in your commentary.....I applaud the Bills Gm taking and honest and thorough assessment of the players on the team and got rid of the non-producers and older semi injured players whose play as trailed off..............Great Reset and we are going to KILL the draft......get ready to eat some humble pie my boy......
Buffalo KC SF and Miami might be the new super houses after GB NE NYG and IC
LOVE YOUR WORK ETHIC MIKE. KEEP PUMPING THEM OUT BC YOU’RE TEACHING ME A LOT ABOUT THIS GAME ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD 🇦🇺🤝🏻🇺🇸
I can’t believe this just happened
As a Bills fan, this video is an major overreaction!!!
Only true losses of all those players are Morse and Poyer (and BOTH have already been replaced by younger good talent currently on the team).
White can't stay healthy (hopefully he can regain his form on a new team, but it's a longshot coming off ACL & an Achilles tear)
Harty and Neal were mainly Special teams players.
One player NOT mentioned was TE Dawson Knox. He has a very big contract (and will probably be the backup). They can try to trade him to free up more money, but I think they have to wait 1 more year before they can free up completely from him.
There is no way that Bills fan can think Brandon Beane is a good GM after he gave a 33 year old Von Miller a six year, 120 million dollar contract. Did he think Von would still be elite at 40 as an edge rusher?
@yahcrack No GM is perfect. You are pointing to 1 scenario in him being with the team for over 6 seasons now and saying he's bad.
Give him a break. The only reason Miller won't be released this season is cause he will cost us more to release than to keep.
They'll use him as a situational rusher this season (he play better and with my confidence). At the end of the season he'll be done and probably retire.
Overall, Beane has been an excellent GM for the team. I love the talent he brings in, he rarely misses in free agency.
Seahawks shoutout - nice ❤
Going to the next MIA at BUF game rocking the #FinsUp gear is going to feel a bit different than the last two times I've been lol But being a football fan is about many MANY years of pain, we all know that. See you in a few months Bills Mafia!
It's called retooling, out with the old in with the new. As long as Josh Allen is a Bill their window is open.
Open for disappointment
@@a-mac6969 as a true Bills fan, I'm use to it 😂
I love your vids❤
When white was healthy he was a top 5 db
The Super Bowl window has closed. Great quarterback. No budget.
I am cryin
Yeah this just shows the incompetency of the buffalo bills lmao
The bills offense got better with the addition of rookie TE
Stop! The Bills are falling apart? Really? What happened:
1. We let go of white, who hasn't played a full season in 2 years
2. We let go of poyer, who was clearly declining
3. We let go Morse, another aged out center.
4. We let go of some overpaid special team players
Maybe cover soccer or basketball because football isn't your thing! Good luck! 👍
Jordan Poyer and Mitch Morse make me very sad... both of those guys are good people. Hopefully they will find a place soon. Love from a Chiefs fan.
Hey Mitch, Miami's been looking for a solid Center for awhile... j/s
Only the bills would pull off a stupid contract move like offering a 32 year old 100 million! They went full broncos!
BILLS GOING BACK TO POVERTY AFTER THIS ONE 🔥🔥🔥🔥
😭
That contract is awful
Mike you are nailing it. (Go Steelers) Wow 1 person can mess up your salary cap. God Bless
Teams need to wake up and stop over spending on 1 player. We've been seeing it do much lately. Somethings got to give
Releasing players that were NOT performing means falling apart???

@@yahcrackOne move out of a 100 makes you bad at your job. I guarantee everything you do at work isn’t always great .
How has the New Orleans Saints been able to get away with their cap situation??? They've been in cap jail for years now.
I thought the Bills was trying to avoid a “Rams-like” collapse? 🤔
Signing a 32 year old to a 6 year contract has to be the dumbest thing i've ever heard. What were they thinking?
Love your video, Mike, and keep up the great work you are awesome and what the Bills doing and I'm not a Bills fan
Wouldn’t be Mike without a little hyperbole.
Love ya Mike 💋
Kudos to Von Miller’s agent, pulled a finesse move … hmm could Baltimore be next in making similar moves way Buffalo did today??
As Long Josh Allen And Stefon Diggs Are Still Our Super Bowl Window Remains Open
🤣😂 keep dreaming bud those 2 are never winning anything, at least in Buffalo
🤡
Capitalizing every word is crazy work
Playoff window maybe, Super Bowl window is a definitive no.
@@ResD96they will win a few games bro. Let them have that lol😂
I think most people saw this coming. Have the oldest team is not a flex. Miller will be gone next season too if it doesn’t cost the Bills.
Mitch Morse is the only cut that might be bad but I wouldn’t be surprised if he comes back during free agency
Thank you Bills for taking that bum from the Steelers 😂😂🙌🏻🙌🏻
It’s okay bills fans, next year is your guys’ year
They will be fine as long as they have josh Allen
Von miller trying out for qb or something lmao 0:34
If I’m the bills right now, I will try to trade Von Miller and give up a 4 round pick to whoever gets him
chortle...chortle ~ LA Rams
Had to be done, and von did us a solid only one that really hurts is poyer
I am interested what’s going to happen with my bills
Hyde needs to come back to GB and finish his career there
As long as they nail the draft none of this matters
But the bills keep Damar Hamlin
The Bills had their chance and they squandered it
49ers too
It doesn't matter hate to say it but their window has closed.
Trout your big claims brother say that the super window is over and that there falling apart you said that when they were 6-6 you said that last offseason your a yapper and if you think cutting 3 washed players and one who wasnt that impactful is fallling apart you dont know football
The Bills have Josh Allen. They played last year with 4th string backups on defense. This is not new for Bills fans. Every team but the Chiefs and Bengals wish they had Josh Allen.
reward how much for that brand new stadium
I’m still mad that we let Brian Daboll leave. We shoulda made Daboll our head coach and let go of McDermott or have him take another coaching spot on defense. McDermott is a good coach but not good enough to win a Super Bowl. I think Daboll woulda gave us a better chance
They are going for younger players not falling apart .
Bad timing.....it was announced earlier today that Von took a 8.6 M pay cut for this year
I really don’t feel bad for the Bills the Way they handled Matt Araiza situation when all long he was innocent.
PR move. The optics would look bad because buffalo is still in NY so there’s a media circus they wanted to avoid
Every NFL team would've done the exact same thing, especially in the aftermath of the Deshaun Watson mess. Ariaza was still guilty of statutory rape and giving the young woman chlamydia so he's no choir boy. Note he was on no ones roster after Buffalo cut him 2 seasons ago. Hope KC enjoys him
LOL. Dont worry, the regular season superbowl champs will always be there!
I just found out about these cuts😪
How Damar Hamlin hasn’t been cut is crazy
He’s a 6th round pick on a rookie deal, they would save a negligible Amt cutting him
He's their punt return depth and Goofy gadget guy
Ideally the Bills make some super savvy defensive draft picks this year. Then Von Miller finally returns to his Super Bowl form or close to it for the final hurrah of his career AND he mentors those fine young players to greatness. Does that sound super unrealistically optimistic? Yes. Yes it does. But as a Bills fan with less pull over that team than the planet Mercury, it’s all I got.

@@yahcrack It's a mistake in retrospect at least so far.
Von is honestly a great guy, and great father. Sadly he was ran down before the truth was released.
These might be 'good moves' but its hard to imagine we can replace that much talent

MITCH THE GOAT 🎉
dude no no no no mitch is fucking terrible
So the madden curse is affecting a whole team this time?
Sean McDermott should be on the hot seat
A 6 yr contract to a defensive player who’s already 32 years old? Bruh. 🤔

good kaannssas city just keep getting better anyway
Why do I feel like Saquon Barkley signing to the Bills will happen? That qb-rb duo would destroy my Chiefs imo. How do you stop that aside from Saquon's injury history
This is Miami's division to win next season.
QB market needs to be brought in.. it literally makes or break teams
The franchise’s actively choose to spend 18-25% of the cap for one position. The QBs want a salary compared to NBA/MLB players. They’ll take a smaller deal if theirs more guaranteed money but the franchises choose not to do that. That’s an nfl situation they put themselves in
Miller sand Bass need to go. No production and restructuring doesn’t mean Miller will play better. They also need WR.
I never understood why teams defeat themselves, I love football but I also dont think players should get paid multiple hundreds of millions of dollars to play. They do this and put a big fat clock over their heads. Then they cut to make cap space, they do trades all that. If the players loved the team as much as the fans they would take a pay cut. After 40+ million what difference does it make?
Mad at Bills ,NO .
Miller a bad signing yep.
From every Miami fan. THANKS.❤
2:50 Did he say “The NFL is LIKE a business.”?? What does that even mean? They are a huuuuuggeeee business with each team operating as their own business respectfully as well.
