    If you want to reduce weight... eat everything... just make sure the food you eat contains very less salt & oil, and avoid sugar !!!
    1. Stop eating package food items (like magie, noodles, nutela, mayonnaise, masala oats, knor soup, buiscuits, etc)
    3. Avoid sugary food items, and avoid all forms of sugar (like sugar, khand, gaggary, sweet fruits, fruit juices, etc)
    4. Eat fewer carbohydrates until you do not reach your targetted weight.
    5. Completly avoid Chinese food items (like chowmin, manchurian, momos, chilly paneer/chicken, etc)
    6. Avoid starchy food items, and avoid food items prepared with refined flour, cornflour, rice, etc.
    7. Do's: Use flour made by mixing multiple millets like wheat+besan+ragi+bajra)
    8. Eat daal, green veges, paneer, meuslie, and protein rich food items.

      @@anushkagarg3099 our body gets energy from glucose, and you get glucose from sugar, carbs, and other food items we eat. You can completely avoid sugar, your body will get enough glucose from carbs only (roti, chawal). Little salt intake is ok, but Sugar is a silent killer !!!

      Aisa koi rasta nahi hai jo specific pet ki charabi kam kar sake...charbi puri body ki kam hoti hai... isliye best way hai , sugar kam kare, process food band, khana jada chew kare, 8pm to 8am avoid eating sirf pani pi skte ho, morning khali pet 1/2hr walk kijiye. Guarantee deta hu sab fat kam ho jayega 3month mein.

    bhook hartal karne ke koi jarurat nahe he after all fitness is not a habit its a lifestyle ....

    Loosing weight is not difficult.Calorie deficeit without nutrient deficeit is the base of weight loss.Diet control with calorie restriction along with nutrient enriched diet , I mean increasing amount of salad and raw vegetables and fruits which have low calories and high nutrients and decreasing the amount of chapati, rice , potato, desi ghee which have low nutrients and high calories along with exercise is the secret of weight loss.
    Absolute avoidance of every type of fast food is must for weight loss.
    It feels sooooo.......... good , light and energetic after loosing couple of kilograms of weight.

      @yash yadav Farq to dikhta hai 100 percent.But jyada calorie deficit diet se, fat kay alawa body ka protein loss bahut jyada ho jata hai Isliye exercise bahut jaroori hai taki body ka protein loss na ho.Sabse pehle, meetha, ghee , tel aur fastfood bilkul chor do.Thoda jor padega shuru mein but baad mein aadat pad jayege.
