Avoid sugary food items, and avoid all forms of sugar (like sugar, khand, gaggary, sweet fruits, fruit juices, etc) 4. Eat fewer carbohydrates until you do not reach your targetted weight. 5. Completly avoid Chinese food items (like chowmin, manchurian, momos, chilly paneer/chicken, etc) 6. Avoid starchy food items, and avoid food items prepared with refined flour, cornflour, rice, etc. 7. Do's: Use flour made by mixing multiple millets like wheat+besan+ragi+bajra) 8. Eat daal, green veges, paneer, meuslie, and protein rich food items.

I started my workout 3 months ago with proper dieting and my weight was 100 kgs that time and now i have lose 12 kgs during this time and my target is to get 75kgs in next 3 months.
Loosing weight is not difficult.Calorie deficeit without nutrient deficeit is the base of weight loss.Diet control with calorie restriction along with nutrient enriched diet , I mean increasing amount of salad and raw vegetables and fruits which have low calories and high nutrients and decreasing the amount of chapati, rice , potato, desi ghee which have low nutrients and high calories along with exercise is the secret of weight loss. Absolute avoidance of every type of fast food is must for weight loss. It feels sooooo.......... good , light and energetic after loosing couple of kilograms of weight.
