Stop eating package food items (like magie, noodles, nutela, mayonnaise, masala oats, knor soup, buiscuits, etc) 3. Avoid sugary food items, and avoid all forms of sugar (like sugar, khand, gaggary, sweet fruits, fruit juices, etc) 4. Eat fewer carbohydrates until you do not reach your targetted weight. 5. Completly avoid Chinese food items (like chowmin, manchurian, momos, chilly paneer/chicken, etc) 6. Avoid starchy food items, and avoid food items prepared with refined flour, cornflour, rice, etc. 7. Do's: Use flour made by mixing multiple millets like wheat+besan+ragi+bajra) 8. Eat daal, green veges, paneer, meuslie, and protein rich food items.
