You mentioned in one of your captions it being underpowered and upgrading pistons. Do you think it could carry a 170 lb passenger? Keep the videos coming, love seeing homebuilt helos.
Hey Cam, nothing finalized yet but the polyurethane/delrin did work. I just need to add a couple more layers of polyurethane to reduce the cyclic feedback then do more tests.
You will need to get your flight training in a certified helicopter because pilots that will train you in an experimental aircraft are harder to find. Are you thinking about building your own or buying one?

Scott Bowers The heaviest passenger I have carried was 220lbs, I am 190.
