I remember seeing the Scorpion kits for sale in the pages of outdoor magazines in the’70s.
To be honest, I came here to poo-poo the contraption. The most stable small chopper I've seen so far.
Blades turn clockwise ! And look is unique, never seen before. Nice heli to own, I guess.

Do these only hover? I’ve never saw one takeoff and actually fly around

Helos are tough. The first thing you have to do is the hardest thing to do.
Why not just land on the trailer?.

Learn with a CFI and practice while tethered
