He was just unable to orchestrate their play, and the most glaring example is their playoff loss to Houston a couple years ago. Another thing I don't understand is why he's not being called on this. Maybe he is, I'm not sure, but there should be more. NBA world should be buzzing with how terrible coach Doc Rivers is.

When a team is winning they deserve to trash talk, they don't have to, but they can choose to. The losing team can trash talk back during the game. After the game both sides should stop.
