  • Dr. Rowe shows how to relieve your hand, thumb, and carpal tunnel pain AT HOME, and it's shown in a easy to follow step-by-step guide.
First, an effective foot pain relief muscle, ligament, and tendon (aka soft tissue) massage technique is shown that may help release tightness, quickly helping to give hand and finger pain relief in as little as 30 SECONDS!
Next, hand pain relief mobility exercises are demonstrated to help increase range of motion and mobility, especially with locked up metacarpals. This is particularly good for dull, ACHY pains on the top and bottom of the hand (and with carpal tunnel syndrome).
Additionally, strengthening exercises are shown to build up the area in and around the hands, helping to future-proof it and possibly lessen instances of pain.
All these stretches and exercises can be done AT HOME, don't require any special equipment, and be done ANYTIME you need quick hand pain relief.
Watch now and get rid of hand, thumb, and finger pain for good!
    CHAPTERS:
    0:00 Intro
0:33 Soft Tissue Release (With a Spoon)
    4:15 Rice Method
    6:34 Rubber Band Method
    8:36 Bouncy Ball Method

2 1/2 years of low back pain I have been doing all your low back pain exercises. When I seen the
exercises when you step on the 4 inch I decided to step on and off my mini trampoline and bingo
my back is 90 % better. I do 30 reps with each leg 3 times a day.
I have hand pain from playing golf so these help and will continue these exercises. Thank you.

Thank you so much! I have arthritis all over but lately, and because Central NY weather has been really bad, the arthritis in my hands has been so bad that I can’t even hold my electric toothbrush. I’m physically disabled with several spinal and nerve issues and damage but try to move as much as possible to prevent things ‘freezing’ up. Today I was in tears and after I got over myself came to see if you had anything to help. God Bless you for this video. For now I only did the spoon massage and it *does* indeed feel a bit better. The joints are still hurting but honestly, not as badly as before. Again, thank you and God Bless you and all yours. 🙏🏽

Arthritis is related to acidity, so avoid sugars. High fructose corn syrup is a plague of increased inflammation in our bodies. AVOID cottonseed oil in ALL foods. It is also extremely inflammatory. Cleaning up our diets goes a LONG WAY towards healing.

What if my work is the reason for my pain? I grasp mail and release it hundreds of times per day when putting nail in the slots. It's almost like the elastic exercise but the opposite. I would have far to much pain to do most of these exercises. What is the science behind these exercises. What makes your hands feel better?
