The judgement denying pension to an employee who served BSNL for 30 years - what one can say ~ an irony of people born with silver spoon depriving that BSNL employee with no other means to survive. Dharam is a victim.
You put 30years of pensionable service but if you have said that you wanted to leave using the word Resignation then judgements will deny pension to that suffering employees

Excellent synergy CJI, salute you for upholding the spirit of Judiciary. One quote to be corrected in your speech, Thiruvalluvar, commonly known as Valluvar in Tamil Nadu, is not a Jain Monk, his couplets are universal without any reference to any religion, time or country. That why it is immortal!
There exists no jain literature called Tirukkural. Tirukkural talks about goddess Sri Lakshmi Devi and Lord Vishnu, Vamana avathar and Trivikrama Avatar, it also talks about Lord Yama the Lord of death. CJI cannot be an expert of everything .Why talk about things which are not known to him.
