Been using folex and it does work great. Also you must extract the carpet with a powerful wet-vac along with speed drying otherwise wicking stain will appear.

LA awesome cleaner is much cheaper and BETTER than any of these cleaners. Don't waste your money on any of these cleaners including FOLEX!!
