As a person with both EDS and POTS this was very enlightening! One thing to be aware of, those who suffer from EDS rarely go back to "Normal" as he stated many times. Most likely this will need to be treated again and again. I feel for the patient as I have the same problems and hearing her enthusiasm when treated was very refreshing. Good work, glad I found this video!

thank you for your kind words. Please know many do heal. The specific motion testing is not well known nor is the pattern. I have another video which addresses hyper mobility syndrome, actually several.

I have hEDS as well. My chiropractor does all of this on me and I do still have to go back to have it done again due to the instability of my ligaments in that SIJ area. I actually had this done today and we discussed a SIJ belt made for just for hEDS people!

Was The late Bob Villars from Eden Prairie Mn a student of yours? He passed away several years ago and it was a terrible loss! He had been a mechanical engineer and turned body worker extraordinaire! He’s seriously missed and his funeral was overflow standing room out the door! You’re the ONLY body worker who appears he might have learned from! Wish I could move to where you live! I see some of my first questions about how and why this happens are answered by client at the end of video. I just get so excited I write before it’s over! Sorry!

Jerry? Do you ever FEEL the bones moving when you do the correction ? It seems so subtle! How much distance actually exists in this subluxation ? Also, what are some of the reasons this happens to people? Could the IT Band Pain also present from this? And especially please tell us if this problem can sometimes feel like there’s an ice pick sticking in the SI joint? Blessings!
    Thanks, you’re so marvelous!

sometimes I feel movement but in this example did not. I really like the low-load long-duration releases. me thinks the body integrates the rx much better than quick forces. She had a fall in a contorted position as she was pregnant and wanted to protect the baby. Hmmm maybe it can sometimes feel like an ice pick.

thank you sir, for these wonderful videos....at 62 i have osteo artritis to the si joints and over the past 5 years or so and with it that pain build up, on my right si joint which although isnt intense pain, it is nevertheless escalating in time.......i see a gonstead chiropractor who gives me pain relief until the next time i go for a walk.....i dont see a permanent fix though because if i overwork the si joint, i get pain......do you think in my condition im wasting my time seeing him, or should i be doing something else?...do you have any suggestions or should i tell my chiro to be doing something, he may have missed..? i know one leg is about 5mm longer than the other.....if i was in the US i would come and see you, but i live in australia.....im thinking perhaps si joint fusion surgery down the line...?

Have you tried an Si belt? I’m not sure how it would interact with osteo arthritis, so be sure to ask your doctor about it first. It’s usually a very helpful tool.
I think you’d benefit from a group on Facebook called “EDS life hacks”. The people there are a huge pool of knowledge and should be able to lead you in the right direction to find something that’ll help you.

Hello, I am satisfied with your video. I'd like to ask you a question. Is there a way to treat TFL pain? I have both hip joint and SIJOINT pain, and I also have TFL pain. Your video is really beneficial. However, even after this self-stretching, PSIS pain remains with the SI JOINT belt. However, TFL pain can't process for a long time or cause inconvenience in walking. What are some ways to improve TFL pain? Or is this also a type of SIJOINT dysfunction?
