- I present important concepts for evaluation of mobility and stability in the joints and present important treatment considerations. Few manual therapists know how to evaluate joint mobility in hyper mobility syndrome. This is an important series for patients and for health care providers.
Thanks, doctor! I am taking your SIJ course now and already started to incorporate newly obtained knowledge into my practice. My patients see the immediate effects after Hesch Method application.
wonderful happy to hear. where r u?
@@JerryHeschInstitute Thank you for your reply! I am DPT and my private practice is located in NYC.

I don't have EDS, but my pelvis is so clicky. Not sure what that means, but am watching all your vids to see if anyone mentions this.
Sir please upload one video on sit bone problems
look up in Google ischial bursitis and look at my video on lower wind swept pelvis include my name: hesch in search for 2nd one.
I’m hypermobile with EDS and I can’t sleep without my spine, pelvis, SIJ, ribs, etc subluxing/shifting out of place. When my PT gets stuff realigned and back in place, it doesn’t last long before shifting out again (My PT says it’s like wack-a-mole). Even with strengthening exercises, I have so much instability there’s not much I can do that doesn’t cause subluxations. Self-corrections are helpful, but only work so well, and it’s hard to tell by myself what is out of wack on my own, because my body seems to sublux and shift in any and all ways.
You make it sound like hypermobile patients wouldn’t need to have continued PT care, that these corrections are quick and simple. But what about patients that are extremely unstable and hypermobile?
I have helped clients w extreme hypermobility. I have a video on ligament hesling
It’s annoying that radiologist do not report things they should with diagnostics.
I downloaded the CD of my pelvic x-ray, to see my crooked pelvis. Would’ve been helpful if it was mentioned in my radiology report to validate my muscle imbalance pains I was feeling. How else are patients to know what’s really going on!!
Also important to determine if pelvis developed asymmetrically which does not typically cause problems

I’ve got to come get evaluated and treated by your method! For me it has been over 17 years of pain and going from Dr to Dr and therapist to therapist and chiropractor to chiropractor. I’ve been praying for answers and it seems that you are very thorough. Planning on seeing you soon. So blessed to have found your videos.
Hi LaNell Please give update on your treatment here
Your physical evaluation was very thorough. No one ever examined me this way. You found 5 blocked movements or abnormal movements that NO ONE ever found before. Most were fixed quickly. I’m still working on one, but I appreciate the exercises to correct it, and also the follow up communication to help. It was well worth the trip.
Hello sir, is there any treatment for the neck when you have hypermobility? Having my neck out all the time gives me horrible symptoms I was wondering if there were any exercises specifically for hypermobility as other exercises do not work for me or sometimes make it worse
look up neck exercises on UA-cam start with isometrics best to have some one on one guidance perhaps an orthopedic certified physical therapist where do u live?
Check out Jeannie Di Bon utube videos on the EDS society channel. She’s a uk movement therapist with hEDS.
There are PTs familiar with Hypermobility who should know how to strengthening the deep stabilizer muscles properly.
Hi there, do you know of any si joint specialist's in the UK?
