I have EDS hyper mobility and I have severe pain everyday in my lower back my SI joints, my hips, legs and butt cheeks I’m in physical therapy but it seems like I hurt worse after each appointment I wish I could see a Therapist like you I guarantee I would feel better! When I walk I am definitely uneven and it hurts my lower back and hips and legs badly ! Thank you for your videos I will show this to my PT see if she can do this for me
