    thank you Melissa; I just watched a disturbing video on UA-cam about animals being farmed for human consumption and even though I'm glad I am now more aware, I am disturbed by what I saw So I came to your site and found this practice to help me balance my anxiety and disturbed state, to find a place of balance and nurture. Thank you. I can 'be awake' to what's going on, and make choices, but not be so disturbed as to not function peacefully. Namaste xo
