I love this transformation from the last video you guys did. My hair didn’t really flourish until I actually stopped relaxing my hair. I was not applying the relaxer right, and other stylist was overlapping which made my hair fall out. On top of that, when I went to beauty school I found out that I actually have thin hair as a black female, so a texturizer or a relaxer was never needed. Being properly educated on hair is so important, and this is why I love this Channel.
Her hair has improved SO much! In length, density, shine, luster, evenness, and overall health. Whatever you’re doing, Taylor, keep it up! 👍🏾💜

You are the BOMB, girl! Any tips for avoiding the “burnt” hair smell even if the iron is turned down and there isn’t much product on the hair? Is it the type of flat iron, maybe?

Hair that stays this curly while wet and washing is actually curly hair. A lot of people just have wavy hair that doesn't dry straight and claim they are curly. Water won't take your curls from you if you have curly hair.

I spent most of quarantine washing and conditioning as usual, but air drying with just a little oil and then up in a ponytail or bun. It grew like a weed and my curl pattern is really popping.
How do you combat hard water? I feel like I can never get my hair clean enough and there's always an extra layer. I'm getting braids soon but I don't want to have all the buildup
If you wash in shower you can try a shower head filter. I’m gonna invest in one.
Chelating shampoo is really good for combatting the effects of hard water. I use Sally's Ion chelating shampoo followed by a moisturizing shampoo every 6 to 8 weeks and it helps a lot when you have hard water.
